No hassle shipped on time part in great condition

The fastest, most professional shipping experience I’ve ever had. They’re quick, update with frequent emails on when and where your order will be, packaged nice and safe. Overall amazing. I didn’t expect this great of an experience.

Great quality product, fast shipping, but i had an issue. I have a 2008 Mercedes CLS550 and i ordered the X-pipe, it came fast but it didn't fit right on the flanges. The pipes were slightly smaller and it didn't come with gaskets for the flange section. I decided to go to a shop and have it welded on. It sounds good measured 88 DB stock and 98 DB with the x pipe (DB measured while reving). Inside the car there is barely a difference. I like the product but be ready to weld it on.

Asked for information prior to purchase. Response was immediate. Order confirmed and received product as promised.

Quick delivery and the product looks like it is good quality.
Cannot complain and I would/will be ordering from CKS again.

The panamericana grill for my SLC arrived quickly in Canada. The shipping was faster than expected.

I ordered the rear spoiler for my Mercedes Benz SLC 200 and sprayed to match the same colour as the car which is great,but the standard and finish on the paint job wasn’t to my standard as there is one trip quite visible and several dimples in the paint finish. But other than that I would rate this a 6 out of 10.

I had contacted Cksperformance prior to purchase and shipping to Canada of a Panamericana grille for my AMG GLC43. Sales staff were very helpful and responded on the same day to confirm my selection and vehicle fitment. The quality of the grille is excellent. It was well packaged and arrived via UPS in perfect condition and no damaged mounting tabs.

Easy to order , fast delivery, helpful advice, I also ordered one incorrect part . They quickly despatched a replacement part. And arranged a credit for returned part .

Product didn’t fit as claimed by cks.
After I addressed my issue they said I didn’t get it installed properly whereas I got it installed from certified body shop.
I asked them to Provide me shop information where they’d want me to go and they never got back to me.
And said I was being abusive.
What would they expect me to be - nice ?

Ordered quad tailpipe exhaust through my dealer in Canada. Good look, good quality. I also ordered rear bumper diffuser for all AMG styled R230 models. Would have ordered the carbon fiber diffuser if I would have known how easy and quick the diffuser is to change. Parts came in perfect condition. Good job CKS team.

Well done for attempting to check the vehicle details to ensure that the correct item is supplied. Not so well done for using a vehicle database that is at least 3 years out of date that provided incorrect information!! ( you are in good company, I had similar issues with the AA!) No apology forthcoming for the minor irritation this caused, which would have been nice
