This is the first time of using Lodge Tyres and they were brilliant . The tyre I needed wasn’t in stock so they ordered it in for the following day. The tyre was in the next morning and fitted to my car . The men that work there were very helpful and pleasant . The price for the tyre and fitting was a good price . Thank you all very much , I will recommend Lodge Tyres to people who need new tyres .

I have used Lodge tyre for tyres and punctures for a while.
Always had good service.
Lately I had two punctures in nearly new tyre.
I got two screws in a short time.
Both repaired at lodge.
After a couple of revisits because tyre was losing pressure, I was told tyre could not be repaired again.
It was illegal.
Was also told that wheel damage was due to stone chip and not bad workmanship .
However when consulted a professional tyre repair company, that examined my tyre. I was told poor work had been done on both repairs and both were leaking.
Lodge denied all responsibility.
Lodge tyre is now owned by Halfords.
Doesn't bode well.
Try somewhere else.
Sometimes pleasant chat doesn't include good workmanship and good customer relations.

Absolute shambles of a company. I needed a tyre change on the motorway and gave them my exact location and nobody turned up and when I rang them asking for an ETA they said they're not coming out because they drove past 3 times and I wasn't where I said I was even though I 100% was. I rang a different company and gave them the same details and they found me straight away and told me lodge tyres must be idiots and clearly didn't want to do the job.

Brilliant service from Les and the team ! 4 Hankook tyres pre-ordered , fitted and tracking all for a very reasonable price.

Excellent service from Matt at Lodge Tyre, drove a long way and he looked after me from start to finish. They do the best job and know what they're doing. Very busy place so call beforehand and get booked in. Overall 10/10 wheel tracking service, very pleased and grateful to the team at Lodge.

Amazing service today from the Winsford Depot, went above and beyond to help when i was stranded with a puncture. I couldn't recommend more highly, nothing was too much trouble. Lewis was very professional and courteous.

Popped in to Lodge Tyres and reported a knocking sound from rear off-side. The guys examined the vehicle on the ramp within 20 minutes of my arrival.
They sorted the issue and also advised some new front anti-roll links which they fitted within the hour. The car now handles much better on uneven road surfaces. Would recommend to family to friends.

Lodge Tire van YC19 YCA tailgated me and flashed his lights whilst doing so. I was going around 37/38mph in a 40 variable speed limit zone on the M6 in rush hour traffic, so him doing so was completely unwarranted. This was on the M6 Southbound not too far from the A38 Birmingham exit.

We both then took the same exit for the A38 (E&C) and joined onto the Aston Expressway where everything was fine until I indicated to move over to the left hand lane. I indicated, saw it was clear and began to move over until the Lodge van suddenly moved over into the lane and sped up, forcing me to swerve back into my lane as he undertook me and then stared right at me as he drove past.

This happened this morning between 7 and 7:25am (Monday 20/10/25). His driving was irrational and impatient. I’m assuming he was driving like that because I wasn’t going quick enough, despite the variable speed limit and despite the heavy traffic on both the M6 and the A38 Aston Expressway.

I’ve used this place for years for both our personal and commercial vehicles.

Decent group of lads really helpful showed up to get my tracking done had the job done in 20 minutes and had me on my way 👍

Called in with an urgent aircraft tyre issue at the Retford Branch. No fuss sorted in moments. So impressed I brought my car in for tyres. Same exemplary friendly service.

Needed a slow puncture looking at, the team got me straight in and within 15 minutes the car was sorted also managed to squeeze me in to have the aircon regassed in the same afternoon. Always incredibly helpful with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Being a female, garages can be quite intimidating but not here, always feel comfortable.

Jim once again saved me money by advising me to go to my mechanic as the problem sounded mechanical with the car pulling sharply to the right on acceleration.
I did and the problem was the ball joints and another part was causing the issue.
My mechanic then advised me to have the tracking done aswell which Jim sorted with no problem. Don’t do many reviews only when I think it is deserved so cheers again Jim and thank you.

10/10 service from Matt - Lodge Tyres Birmingham I’ve used Lodge Tyres before, but Matt goes out of his way every single time. I have accessible needs, and he made sure everything was taken care of — checking in throughout to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Top service! Fantastic service, had to pull off the motorway with 2 failed front tyres of a very unusual size, (255/35R19) they sourced the tyres, came to the service area at Stoke and had us on our way in 2hrs. Very reasonable price too. Very good ending to a somewhat harrowing experience
