These were outlined clearly to you on our website shown in bold text, therefore, we are extremely concerned to have read your review.
Perhaps try sending a complaint to your local authority concerning why your government charge taxes on all imports.

Great service and friendly efficient fitting
Had an AMG Panamericana GT grille fitted to my 2018 CLS 450. Great friendly communications and fast and flawless fitting. Well pleased with result and they boxed up my old grille for me to take home. Can't recommend enough. Thank you.

BMW Gloss Grill
Purchased grill for my BMW, upon fitting the item, the plastic clips broke, not able to fit item as now fits very loosely, CKS declined a return, shoddy outfit and poor customer service. Stick to buying from a main dealer instead of cheap parts from here. Will follow up with Trading standards.

You purchased our high quality BMW G20 3 Series grille which we sell many sets every single week to our customers around the globe. Not a single customer has experienced an issue with fitment.
This set was purchased earlier this year by you on our Ebay store. Yesterday you sent through a return request well outside of Ebay returns period, stating you in fact had broken the clips yourself attempting installation.
Instead of using a reputable garage to fit the items, you felt we should bear the cost for your poor attempt at installation.
Perhaps you will get the BMW dealer to install the grille instead of attempting it yourself this time.

Terrible customer service and no good…
Terrible customer service and no good product! Bought front grill for 2022 GLS, despite advertising as direct fit, it's not, need modification to get everything working, without modification you will get radar error messages and front radar system won't work. No help from customer service at all, they just keep blaming others. Eventually i got it working, had to remove a big part of the plastic, which was covering radar and signal would not get trough!
Also, you have to buy badge from them separately, they charge £60, actual price directly from Mercedes is £24!!!
Not using them again
AS I TOLD, THEY ARE ALWAYS BLAMING FITTERS!! I USED VERY RESPECTED GARAGE WHO GOT LOT MORE POSITIVE FEEDBACK'S ON GOOGLE THAN THEY GOT, BUT STILL THEY DO NOT WANT TO HEAR NOTHING AND ONLY REPLY YOU GET THEM IS- ASK FITTERS TO FIT IT CORRECTLY!!- I GOT IT SORTED FINALLY AS PART WHICH COVERS SENSOR NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!!! HAVE A LOOK AT MBWORLD FORUMS, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY AND, ALSO THERE IS EVEN AN INSTRUCTION, WHAT NEED TO BE REMOVED TO MAKE THESE GRILLS WORK! SO STOP BLAME OTHERS, IF YOU ACTUALLY MAKING A CRAP!!

We were somewhat surprised to read your review.
You purchased a grille from our Ebay store, and had it fitted by a sub-standard company who were unable to fit the grille correctly.
Somehow they managed to not attach the distronic emblem correctly, but instead of taking the issue up with the garage who fitted the grille and managed to get an error on your screen, after they fitted it "temporary unavailable Sensor dirty", instead you went on an abusive tirade with emails, threats, and constant complaint. Our staff tried their best to email and call you, they even left voicemails as you never responded.
We never received a single response, and you even opened an Ebay return case which we gladly would have honoured had you returned the grille back. Two days ago the case closed, because you failed to return the grille.
The issue was down to your fitters, and not us. It would absolutely ridiculous to blame us when we did not even fit the grille!
Instead you are placing completely nonsensical reviews, and did not return the product, through no fault of ours.
You even attempted earlier today to say the OEM AMG emblem which you purchased did not fit.
Strangely though, every single customer who has ordered this grille has not had a single issue. Perhaps they used professionals.
