My appointment was with Grace, showed her a photo of what I was after and she did the most beautiful job, left feeling so good was exactly what I was after! Nice atmosphere with the team, had a lovely time with Grace, will be back if I’m in town again :)

Franc Gole did a exceptional cut and hi lites and low lites to my hair . Very friendly and took a lot of time to help me figure what hairstyle to get and products to use. I highly recommend Franc if you need to get your hair done go to Chatters.

I’ve never trusted anyone with my hair before, I have very curly hair & most people don’t know how to manage it. I took a chance & got a haircut booked with Farah, she was absolutely incredible. I came back the second year & I was told to straighten my hair and see if it needs any adjustments, anything is uneven & come back to get it fixed. I let her know I don’t straighten my hair often, maybe once a year or every other year. I was told it didn’t matter when, I could come back whenever. So about 2-3 months later, I straightened my hair, noticed it was uneven & called to book an adjustment. I confirmed on the phone that I wouldn’t be charged as it’s just a minor adjustment, no shampoo, brushing, styling. She managed to get me in very quickly, I arrived and I was notified that because it is a new appointment, I would now have to be charged for the service and it was a hefty price. My original payment was in the range of $150-200 and now I was expected to spend another $100+ to adjust it AFTER I had gotten verbal confirmation that it would be free of charge.
I asked if there was anything that can be done but Farah said it was out of her hands & I left extremely disappointed with uneven hair.
I went from being a loyal customer to someone that is never going back because that’s not how you do business.

I came in on short notice and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly with Nima, who was amazing! He was very kind and polite, and was able to fix up my hair after a bad cut :) He gave me great recommendations and tips for how to care for my hair. Overall very quick, kind and professional! Thank you, Nima!

I was with Negin, had a wonderful experience, and came out loving my hair! definitely would go again!

Always a great experience with April. My Grandson and I love going to her to get our hair cut. She is so friendly and always cuts our hair in the style we want.

Very extensive time period for hair (5.5 hours for color/highlights and cut)! It was not reflected in the “after”

Expensive products and services.

Was not given what I requested as a goal for hair colour & made it more difficult to achieve in subsequent colour appointments. So had to backtrack with colour correction by a different agency.

Previous cut was decent but follow up services lacked.

Disappointed.

Arlene cut and colored my hair - what a gem! She asked me what I didn’t like about my current color and incorporated the pics I had and what would look the best in her professional opinion. It was honestly the best salon experience I’ve had in a long time, I love the cut and color and will definitely be back!

I find it difficult to find stylists that actually listen to what you want, for example sometimes it ends up way shorter than you wanted. I’ve never had this issue here thankfully, all the stylists are extremely talented. Especially with my experience with Shaven Bains. He listened to what I wanted and went on to explain exactly what he’ll be doing. I was very comfortable the entire time, and I would book with him again!

If you want a stylist that is courteous, caring but most of all is not happy unless the client is, ask for Stephen. Very talented stylist!!! Loving my highlights, color is amazing .

Sam is so knowledgeable and I always leave feeling happy. My hair always looks great! The staff are very nice and kind.

I cannot recommend Franc Gole enough!!! Not only is he unbelievably talented, but he also brings such an increadible energry and creativity to every appointment. And beyond his talent, he is genuinely so entertaining. The conversation is always fun, engaging, and full of personality - he makes the time fly by. You come in for a haircut and leave feeling like you've had the best catch-up with a friend. Five stars all the way for Franc!!!

Franc Gole was amazing! He made sure to double check the length I wanted (I hate when they cut too short!!) and he was very upbeat and genuinely cares about his job. He gave me tips on how to properly dry my curly hair and what products work best with it. Highly recommend!

Prexi took the time to listen to what I was hoping for in my new cut. She gave some suggestions and then did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the care she provided in my time with her. She exceeded my expectations.

I visited Chattesr few years ago and then stopped going as had 1 bad experience . However, recently i visited chatters and haf one of the best personal experience with Raj as he helps me with right advice and gives very personal touch. I am happy with hair and experiemce. I would refer him to people who i know. I can see his passion and he is great at what he does. Thank you Raj!!
