Nice place with great people!

I am always so happy after having my hair done by the best of the best, Ana Maria! She puts her whole heart into all she does and makes you feel and look your best. She is a true artist and a wonderful person.

I had an awesome salon experience with Rolo! She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted, only better. Thank you so much, Rolo for your time, patience, and expertise.

I have been to the Orchard park mall location 3 times now and they have had great experiences each time. My last 2 were with Ghezal and she is so wonderful ‼️ Thank you❤️

Alanna had cut my hair and she did an amazing job, after a few not so great haircuts I had trouble trusting people but she gave me everything I asked for and made it such a fun good experience, she was great to talk to and really brought my hair back to life! I 10/10 recommend her!!

I have always wanted a stylist that is very particular, knowledgeable, a listener...and kind. Well.....Bry at Chatters on Regent is your guy!! He listens to your ideas, suggests alternatives or just slightly modifies your ideas...or supports them. He gives.."THE BEST" head massages when washing your hair. He suggests products suited to your age. For example...I have been using Moroccan Oil for years. It is a fantastic product. However, now that I am totally grey...he suggested that I try another product because that one has an orange tint. I changed to a clear one. Wow ! What a difference. His cuts are fantastic! He takes his time to make it perfect ! I HIGHLY recommend Bry at Chatters on Regent! Thanks Bry....you made me feel pretty again. ♥️

I had the BEST experience with Waheeda.
She did my haircut and highlights, and they came out absolutely amazing. I’m honestly obsessed with the results. Whatever she recommended, I trusted her completely, and I’m so glad I did because everything turned out perfect.
It’s been a long time since I’ve found a stylist who truly understands my hair, my style, and what actually works for me. Waheeda is that person. Her attention to detail, her confidence, and her talent are on another level. I finally found my forever hairdresser after searching for so long.
If you’re looking for someone who listens, cares, and delivers flawless results, go see Waheeda. She’s incredible.

First haircut was bang on, second was too short, third he forgot to texturize it.

Going back to Waheeda knowing I would get a great haircut after spending years and wasting money trying multiple salons in Barrhaven and Nepean. She listened to me when I explained what I wanted, what I liked & didn't like. She told me what would work and gave me good advice. I got many compliments on my hair and that's why I returned to her today and will again. I will recommend Waheeda to anyone I know looking for a great salon experience!

The service itself was good, the stylist did a great job on my hair.
However, the pricing was very misleading. I was quoted $20 over the phone when booking, but after the service, I was charged $30. That was quite surprising and honestly frustrating.
Customers deserve clear and accurate pricing upfront. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to provide correct information when booking appointments. Transparency matters, and surprises like this damage trust.

I was a walk in on March 17 and had my hair cut and styled by Ana Maria. What a wonder patient hair stylist. She listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions. I love the cut and style. And that hair wash. I could have fallen asleep it was so relaxing. I finally found a wonderful hair dresser. Thank you!!!

Franc was such a warm and comforting person to be around I had a blast my whole appointment and he made my hair look amazing!!!!

Booked a cut for my daughter. Her hair is to her mid back and was expecting we would be charged this rate. The hairdresser told me she would need to charge more due to length so I agreed thinking she would need more time. Haircut was done in less than 40 min, didn’t need extra time and charged me more and they would not even put curls in her hair. Was told I would have to pay another $20.00 to turn on a curling iron on top of already being charged another $20.00 for the trim. Not worth $89.00 for a trim.

Had a wonderful experience with Franc with a C! After moving to North Bay from Nova Scotia 6 years ago, it's been a real struggle finding a stylist who can cut thick curly hair (without ending up with a shelf at the back and not being able to wear your hair down.)
While in the area for a ringette tournament, did a walk-in for my grandaughters' hair cut. Saw a curly haired lady getting a nice cut and asked if I could be squeezed in. Franc was my stylist. Told him what I wanted, layers with( no shelf). He promised it would be the best cut I ever had. He was right! Exactly what I wanted. Beautifully layered curls, removed the bulk, very knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, guiding me through every step. An overall great experience. Super friendly environment, fun chatting. I highly recommend Franc. I will be returning. It will be worth the drive. A great hair cut changes how we feel every day. After 6 years, Thank you!

Met Amanda on a wim when I walked in and she has cut my short hair ever since. She understands how to still make me look feminine and not boxy. Very very happy. Will continue to return

I was just there and saw Amanda on Sunday and she killed the transformation from blonde to brunette with bangs. I couldn’t be happier!!! She killed it! Thank you again

LV is wonderful at cutting and styling curly hair

They don't tell you how much it is until you go to pay then they want almost $50 for a 15 minute haircut. Nice people but the price is crazy. They did a good job but should be warned it isn't competitive pricing it's expensive for a guy to get a trim.

I was hesitant about a negative review but the haircut is so bad I just feel I have to say so. One side is longer than the other, the middle at the back was left long & not tapered as I had requested. The bottom at the back has these wispy tufts of hair sticking out on each side. The whole haircut is all chopped up. I thought I was going for a professional cut but this is far from that. The hairdresser was very pleasant & seemed like she was really trying..
Plus I was charged $3 for a Green fee but I did not have any colouring,
I was a walk in!
So sorry to leave such a negative review. I will not be back.
