Bought a water feature and very happy with it. The price was reasonable and it's good quality. Unfortunately the shipper mislaid the original package but customer services sorted out a replacement which was delivered quickly.

I bought a large dustpan and brush. It is a good size and quality. Delivery was fast but the packaging didn’t survive the shipping. I would still shop here again.

Ordered mirror through Amazon circumstance changed and had to return for refund had nightmare returning numerous emails complaining still not resolved and still not received my refund
Today is 19/05 /2026 just been informed by amazon my refund has been been accepted should be in my account in a few days

I ordered 2 garden zannibar rocking chairs in natural for my garden, my order was confirmed as in stock and delivery would be 3_5 days. The money was taken from my bank account the next day. After 3 days I emailed charles bentley and the reply said my order was waiting to be dispatched and the it would be despatched in the next 2 days. Unfortunately 3 days later they emailed to say they were cancelling my order as they had no stock available. Extremely disappointing and annoying as should NOT have taken my order and money if they could not deliver. Clearly stated items were in stock when ordering and confirmed by email once ordered, seems like a scam to me, DISGUSTING 😬 Thanks for the generic reply to my negative review the facts still remain that when I ordered, the items were in stock and confirmed by email, when I emailed for an update you continued to say they were due to be dispatched in the next two days, only to cancel after that. You should not have taken the order or my money if you could not fulfil my order. Also I ordered from your website directly and not through a different supplier, so you should know what's going on in your own company. Shame on you

Really lovely frame for a hammock for my husband's birthday. Very small issue with canvas but Charles Bentley team so responsive and replacement issued within days. Would definitely buy from the company again. Thank you CB for making our 2026 summer get off to a great start.

We purchased the Melbourne Premium 5 burner gas BBQ in August 2025 but did not assemble until March 2026. During this period it was boxed and stored in a dry environment.
When assembled found It was damaged and they kindly refunded £25 however after using the bbq 4 times since we built it, the warmer plate on the top, which has not been used, is very badly tarnished and will not come clean.
But more importantly on one side of the BBQ it has rusted and the paint coming off making it look years old!!
I emailed complaining and they told me “To maintain the appearance and longevity of the BBQ, we advise thoroughly cleaning it and repainting any exposed metal areas using heat‑resistant BBQ paint, which is widely available from DIY stores. This will help protect the metal from further corrosion.
We also sell replacement burner covers and trays on our website should these be required. These can be found at the link below”. What a sales pitch!!
After 4 uses this is ludicrous! We even bought a Bentley cover at the same time to protect it.
We were hoping this would last more than 4 months as it was an expensive BBQ!
I have emailed them again but still waiting a response

Bought a gas BBQ 18 months ago had a cover but the drip tray rusted away and they do not sell replacements - dreadful service. Have to scrap it after 2 summers use.

The table and chairs were described as requiring some assembly whereas the reality was it had over 200 nuts, bolts etc which were necessary to assemble the table and chairs. I call that rather more than some ! As I am a disabled pensioner I had to pay someone to come and assemble it for me.

Ordering online was simple. Bought Clay fire pit. Was kept up to date with process/dispatch/delivery. Arrived in one piece having been well packaged!

Would definitely consider shopping with them in the future.

None actually happened and no contac from mCharles Bentley nor their chosen courier company!
Terrible experience over a 2 week period , wasted 6 hours of my life! terrible customer service from both courier and Charles Bentley. If you want a table for summer look else where!
