Disappointed to be honest. Received the WatchTower in a broken state. Two of the steps were hanging loose. The screws that should have held them were missing or too short. A nail was sticking out dangerously and the Company Logo Nameplate that is fitted splintered the wood around it. The nameplate also had very sharp edges. Quite a bit of repair and sanding to smooth out splinters etc was needed. The tower also sits very wobbly and uneven on a flat surface. Also, when delivered the box was just left halfway down the drive despite us being in. Because of the rain and the item just being dumped the packing got ruined. A shame because we really wanted to like this and were already looking at an indoor item but have decided against it. I hope this was an exception to the rule and we were just unlucky.

The cat tree we received is brilliant, great looking and big enough for our two ragdoll’s, and much more sturdy than others we have bought elsewhere, so will be getting future tree’s from here if needed!
There was quite a long delay to receive our tree from the date of purchase but James from cat tree uk kept us informed of what was happening with the couriers and we received it in the end, worth the wait for the quality of the tree though!

My cat Mr Beans was a little wary of the tree at first a didn’t use it much the first week; but we started spraying it with cat nip oil and encouraging him to go on it wit toys and treats and now he loves a good play sesh using all the different levels and scratchy bits of the tree. Was a bit worried about ordering from them with seeing a few trustpilot review saying delivery was really slow and they encountered issues but the cat tree I ordered (the Themis tree) came within two day. My partner with adhd and a severe instruction-following deficiency (😂) managed to put it up by himself. Only reason I’m giving it four instead of five stars is because it can feel a little wobbly and unstable sometimes even though mr beans only weighs 2kg even he is enough to cause it to rock sometimes.

Item delivered really quickly and was exactly as described. Easy to assemble. Customer service was great - postman delivered to the neighbor apartment and they were able to locate it for me really quickly. My two cats love their new tree.

The cat tree is huge! My girl loves it. It's given her new areas to sit and watch, as well as sleeping in the big dish. I love it because it looks great in my house - I have exposed beams painted black, and I bought the black tree. It looks awesome!

Absolute nightmare from start to - well nowhere at all! Ordered a rather expensive cat tree just before Easter. Finally on the 25th April I finally was told that it would be delivered 30th April (remains to be seen if it arrives) I’ve had consistent excuses from warehouse manager having a heart attack, wrong tracking emailed to me by new member of staff, I’ve now had my second payment declined as splitit say it’s the wrong card details to which they are correct! Tried to pay and once again declined! I have enough money in my account and the card details are correct. Nothing but a shambles - will never ever order from this company again. It is actually making me ill - if the cat tree does not arrive on the day stated then I will cancel the whole thing and request a refund. If I don’t get some satisfaction I shall take this further with legal advice. Not a happy customer at all.

I have a garden full of different shaped and sized outdoor cat trees and they all are very well made and stand up to the rigours of our winters. They look good and our cats love to climb about and sit on them. They aren’t cheap, but are very well made, ridiculously well packaged and all in all very good indeed. That’s why I kept coming back for more. No more room now though!

I wanted a substantial cat tree for my 4 Siamese/Orientals. I have had a few from Amazon but they didn’t last long & were rickety. I was recommended Cat Tree UK by other Siamese owners. I’m very impressed with my cat tree. Easy to put together, arrived incredibly quicker, cats love it and it’s very substantial! Would definitely recommend and hopefully it lasts a good few years. I especially love the large hammock, which fits 3 of my cats in but also the top bed fits all 4 of them comfortably. I got the Ragdoll Zara Cat Tree - very happy - thank you.

Great choice of cat trees on the website at competitive prices. Chose a beautiful wooden one, which was reduced, for my cats and it arrived within a few days. Easy to assemble and great quality.

So happy with the cat tree we bought for our two Maine Coons. It arrived in good time and was very simple to put up. The cats absolutely love it, and that it is sturdy enough and big enough for their weight. Super happy with our purchase.

Recommended! Fantastic range of products, much better quality than the cat trees you find on Amazon and at other retailers. A couple supply related delays but it all arrived eventually. Helpful and friendly customer service too. Thanks again Jon

This company has to be the worst company i have ever had to deal with I ordered a cat in motion cat wheel and a cat tree The cat tree was sent wrong when i asked for it to be replaced with the correct one as the one sent was too small and of no use at all i was basicaly told to purchase it from elsewhere After 3 months of use the wheel is playing up No reply from them at all totally ignored.and no if you are reading this cat tree uk It has not gone into spam There is clearly a design flaw on it as the guide wheels do not connect on both sides as they should and there is no way to adjust them We also filled in at the start become a influencer as we are breeders that was ignored too Though to be honest i am glad it was because seeing how they operate i would not want my name associated with them Your support email bounces back
Update as you can see from the answer below they sent that reply on the 28th march they say they dont ignore emails today is 16th April and still no reply so their answer which was sent within 4 minutes of this review going live is rubbish they do ignore emails

Firstly Cat tree UK did not even notify me to say the cat tree I ordered was “ in limbo” in their own words. I had to chase this up after over a week of ordering. They did offer me £40 discount on ordering another tree, however their cat trees are very expensive. I decided to go with a refund because i really only wanted the one particular tree that they didn’t have in the colour I wanted.
I was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 working days, However on the 6th working day still no refund only to be told I would receive within 48 hours and it’s still not there.
I chased it up again only to be told it takes 5-10 working days!!! Why was I not told this from the beginning? No apology or anything. Stinky attitude to boot! I have had quite a few things from this company but I won’t but from them again.
BOYCOTT.

Updated - thanks for your response. My husband is in touch with your team and received an update RE the delivery issues with the missing parts. Appreciate your help getting the supplier to ship these out. Hopefully they arrive soon, please keep chasing for us.

I purchased two cat trees from here and really impressed with the quality of them both. I can see them lasting for a long time and my cats absolutely love them! James was incredibly helpful whenever I asked any questions - so sorry I must of drove you mad! Delivery was quick and will definitely be buying from here again!

I bought the Kerbl wall mounted Dolomit Pro cat tree.
It was reasonably priced, reasonable quality & delivered promptly (within about 2 days of ordering).

The velcro attached cushions look to be a little bit flimsy & I'm not sure how long they will last, but they will be easy to replace with homemade items if/when needed.

Very disappointed and unimpressed.
Feel I’ve wasted a hell of a lot of money on something than doesn’t reach the high expectations I was lead to believe..
Waited nearly 2 months for delivery after being informed of 3 different ETA dates. When constructed I noticed the paint has chipped in a couple of places, the corners are not rounded and the surfaces are so slippery I feel this could be unsafe..
I regret to say that I won’t be buying from here again
