First and last time ordering from this company. Shocking non existent customer service. Have cancelled order and will never buy from again .

Well been waiting since the 13th for in sale sliders not even left depot yet , on delivery 2 to 3 day’s delivery, no contact telephone number , email only finally got email basically telling me you got them cheap , high demand for in sale stock , told it could be 10 days or more ! Over the years spent a lot of money with this company as there products are great . Will not be buying again due to very poor customer services, and no customer service telephone line all the numbers I tried not working.

After being a customer of many years I was disappointed it was going into administration. I made 2 separate orders, mainly gifts for birthdays throughout the year.
The courier they used thought it would be a good idea to leave my first order outside in the pouring rain, so when I got home from work it was soaked and the contents were ruined. I tried to contact Cath Kidston but their phone lines have all been closed down. I emailed and had no response. In the meantime they had dispatched my second order. This one I was home for so no soggy parcel, instead I had a water bottle with no lid and 2 items missing. I would strongly advise avoiding them now they are in administration as they really don’t care. It is a shame that Cath Kidston reputation was ruined at the end! I will now wait to see if I get a response before making a claim through my bank to get my money back.

Really disappointed with the service I have received. I was due a credit as an item was out of stock but instead of crediting me they have charged me twice again for the item so I have been charged 3 times for an item I have not received. I cannot get to speak to anyone and my emails are being ignored. This is the last time I order anything from them.

pajama quality of fabric was very bad, it ripped after 1 wash

I would have given 0 star. First, customer has to pay for the return postage. second, refund for returned items is quite disappointing. long after I sent the return package and they signed for the delivery, there is still no refund and even not a word reply to my enquiry email, which is definitely rude.

I ordered the coronation commemorative tea cup and saucer. The tea cup is beautiful but the saucer arrived shattered.

Terrible customer service,
No communication after the initial ok we will see what we can do, total silence when I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund, had to get money bank through my bank, disgusting

Alguien podría informarme si haciendo un pedido desde España a la web de Cath Kidston tendré que pagar algo en aduanas para recibir el paquete? Querría pedir unas tazas y no me importa mucho cuanto tarden en llegar pero no quiero gastos inesperados. Gracias

Great sale prices. Always love and adored the coated canvas/ oilcloth grab bags (invaluable for a busy working mum with side pockets for easy reach). The weekender bag is perfectly designed as packs away into the co-ordinating identical print cosmetics bag. Love ot and beautifully packaged in a reusable red and white candy striped box. Using the box to store things with in the attic 😂

Recently I had purchased Royal Ditsy Foldaway Backpack- one size, unfortunately it is a poor quality wear it twice and I need to throw it away. Wrote to them, unfortunately there is nothing they can do. They advised me to contact the administrator. As you know the company went into administration, so they are not able to refund me or to exchange it as it was purchased with one day before 28/03/23.

Delighted as always. Efficient and kept me informed of the delivery of my purchases.
