First ever purchase from Caso Design
Came across this company for the first time as was looking for a hot water dispenser and saw one in the sale so took a chance. It arrived next day which was quick and so far it is ideal for what I was looking for especially the amount of water it holds compared to others that are out there. Easy to use and stylish design to look at, very pleased with it .

Great hot water dispenser. This is the second one I’ve bought from Caso Design, the first was for my daughter and she loves it, this one is for me. Saves money on energy as you only heat the water you need. Can highly recommend

Bought a HW1660 hot water dispenser…
Bought a HW1660 hot water dispenser from Caso. It arrived really quickly and was well packaged. Easy to set up and looks great on the countertop. It is easy and intuitive to use. My only gripes are that the hot water only dribbles out. You do get the full amount that you have requested but it comes out in a thin trickle rather than a strong stream. However, it starts dispensing almost instantly, so it probably only takes as long to fill a cup as other machines that have a stronger stream but which take a few seconds to heat more of the water before starting to dispense. My second gripe is that the stop button takes several seconds to work. So in an emergency, hot water will still continue to come out for a short while. This isn't a problem if you know the amount you need to dispense, as you can just set the machine to that volume and it will stop when it reaches that point. But I am used to a machine that cuts out instantly if I press stop and I find it worrying and annoying that this one doesn't. Overall though I am enjoying using the new addition to my kitchen.

The reason as to why the water comes out in a controlled, steady stream, rather than a fast one, is so that there is no risk of hot water splashing.
In regards to why the stop button does not stop the water coming out instantly, when you press the stop button, there is still about a small amount of water in the pipes, which then takes a couple of seconds to empty out. This prevents any limescale building up in your machine.
