As a new customer I found the company website easy to navigate and straightforward when placing my order. Prices were competitive and the products on offer reflected good quality. Next day delivery, easy to set up. Impressed so far with the machine. Water doesn’t gush out but is fine for filling a mug, a little slow for saucepans.

Having made a previous purchase of a Caso product and being impressed with its design and simplicity of use, I decided a worktop ice maker was something I needed.
It freed up space in my freezer by making ice quickly when needed, negating bulk buying of icecubes.

This is the best hot water dispenser I have cone across as this is my 3rd.
The only issue I have is the Lid very flimsy if you was to drop it. I think it would possibly crack. Love the function buttons on it. Even though I always use the 100% settings. Very easy to use and looks very nice and neat on my worktop.

Purchased caso hot water Dispenser and left a 5 star review. I wish I could retract this as the aftersales were appauling. I returned Dispenser as fail to heat water after a few days. I returned item and waited 15 days for a refund and after emailing Caso twice then received a partial refund as they disputed that I returned the filters. Luckily, I had photographic proof of my return and also DPD picture showing 2 items, I then received the remaining refund but no apology. Hopefully other customers won't be treated as badly as me. Was going to purchase another but won't bother due to terrible aftersales.

Excellent product and prompt delivery

Nice website and good clear pictures and description of the item. It was easy to place an order and the item was delivered the next morning!! I really cannot fault anything about the website, ordering or delivery and I was also able to pay over three months via PayPal.
