This was a first purchase for me - I am very happy with it - and wish there were glass containers in more sizes particularly smaller ones
I am learning how to make use of the vacuum bags instead

After considerable searching, the Caso HW 770 Advanced ticked all the boxes. I purchased directly from Caso with a very good discount thrown in. Delivery was within a couple of days and so far the machine has at least met expectations and more. It is rapid, easy and intuitive to use. The removable tank makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. If I had one criticism, it would be nice to have the drip tray have several height positions to accommodate different cup sizes. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and happy to recommend this model.

Claimed item was handed to DPD, after a few days - DPD still say waiting on parcel. I'm unsure whether parcel had actually been despatched.

Once I contact CASO, I received item very quickly so problem was resolved.

The 1660 How Water Dispenser is great, much better than previous item I used, and dispenses hotter water - so makes much better tea.

wonderful product it does what it says, energy efficient easy to use and easy on my arthritis.

This was easy to set up . Absolutely love the convenience of instant hot water . Wish I had bought one years ago

Bought this to replace another brand machine that had started leaking after 4 years. So far so good.It looks smart and definitely produces hotter water than our old machine.
Tea and coffee taste great.

Hot Water Dispenser - excellent. Pity about support from the supplier!
I bought during the January sale direct from website - why did I need to enter a code to get special offer ?...having omitted to enter the code I missed out on the offer - supplier said they would send me the offered filters but didn't. They also promised to call me back on another issue but didn't - not impressed

Wine cooler and sold as warmer for red wines to reach 18 degrees it simply doesn't in fact wine in the holder comes out colder than it went it, it's also quite noisy, contacted customer service told designed to maintain temperature only, it doesn't do that either and no reply to my request for a return

I received damaged filter and there is no quick response and no call support.

They promised next day delivery and true to their word it came .I was very surprised being Christmas.

Brought a hot water dispenser for a Christmas gift so not used yet. However I have called customer service twice to get clarity on difference of models etc and they were able to provide excellent information, clearly knew their products and reasured me if it wasn’t right then I could get further support from them to change to suit the recipients needs

Bought the 550 dispenser and had a couple of minor issues, customer services were brilliant and replaced the dispenser quickly. The dispenser is perfect for my needs as having a disability I don’t have to worry about trying to lift heavy kettles. Options are fantastic as whether am making a cuppa or a pot of gravy, I can adjust temp and water amount to suit. One of the best dispensers I have bought and had a few over the years.

Simple ordering process and then kept up to date with shipping information.
Easy to set up and simple to use has quickly become a solid replacement for our kettle.
A couple of small issues; shame the minimum water level isn’t shown on both sides of the tank and the water volume isn’t the useable capacity as it includes the water below the minimum level where the machine switches itself off.

We ordered a 550 model for our daughter and a 660 model for ourselves they are swiss army knife of water heater we got the 660 model for the front facing control panel not only do they heat water they do a range of temperatures and amounts of water dispensed . You can not only make drinks cupasoups gravy custard anything that requires hot water you just set temperature and amount of water press the button and it does everything for you saving time money on electric and water.
From a safety point I only carry cold water to top up the tank once a day instead of carrying a kettle of boiling water several times to fill the cups leaving boiling water in kettle wasteing electric and water only the water in the cups was used and heated.
