Dreadful customer service. I ordered two of the same ring for sizing. Whilst the medium ring fitted better than the small, the small has a lighter quartz stone which I far preferred. So I completed a return for the medium, requesting refund. I filled out a separate return for the small ring, requesting an exchange for a size medium & added a note on the return portal that I would like a lighter quartz stone. I then put a note (as directed) in the box again stating the exchange was from a size small to size medium ring with a light stone. I even paid to send each ring back separately at a cost of over £12 to prevent confusion of the rings being in the same package. I then followed up with an email to Carrie Elizabeth. Despite all these steps I was eventually emailed by Carrie Elizabeth & the customer service agent told me they had dispatched me a size small ring & she told me it was my error it for asking for an exchange of the small instead of an exchange of the medium ring??? Then she told me that there had been no check of the stone colour before dispatch - despite my info on the return portal, my note in the return box & my email….. Then the customer service agent decided to actually check her computer & she then told me a size medium had been dispatched but the stone colour hadn’t been checked. So she sent me several emails telling me it was my error & I was due to receive a small ring without even checking her computer system! I have no idea what ring I’ll be getting, whether it will be a light stone or when it will arrive. Awful

Ordered a custom made necklace with initials on it. Sadly the chain is very fine & the initials are much smaller than expected. I am concerned that the necklace will break quite easily. Given that I paid £320 for the necklace, I am very disappointed with the item.

Very pleased with the purchase. This is a 40th birthday present for our Daughter which she has not received yet. However, it was on a wish list from her.

This was a second order from me as I was impressed by the quality of the necklace I received. The pendant was unique in design and an eye catching turquoise blue/green with a little star in the centre. A nice weight and very well made. Sent quickly in a box with a nice velvet pouch to protect it.

Hi , unfortunately just had to pay alot on customs as it was coming to Ireland which in hand made the order very expensive for me.

Ordered christmas gift early November, didnt arrive in time before departing for getaway so main gift was not available. Appreciate a 6-8 week lead time for it but was a bit soul crushing.

I have a lot of pieces from Carrie Elizabeth earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets etc. However will not be buying from there again. I got a personalised pearl necklace for my 30th birthday last year, absolutely loved it however put it on the other day and the wire just broke.

I was devasted, emailed Carrie Elizabeth and all I was told was that the company doesn't specialise in repairing this kind of jewellery and told to go off and find someone else to fix it. Firstly I don't understand how a company can make the jewellery but not know how to fix it? And secondly their customer service is awful, the tone of the email you could just tell they didn't want to help. £140 wasted.

Easy to order and the parcel was delivered quickly. Such wonderful jewellery. I have several pieces and always get complimented on it all.

I ordered two matching eternity rings for myself and my best friend to celebrate our 30th year of friendship. The rings are of great quality and I feel that they’ll be treasured for many years to come - I am so very pleased with them!
The sizing of one was initially an issue and a gift bag that I ordered was unfortunately marked so had to be returned, but I would like to comment that Sophie in Customer Service has been incredibly kind and helpful. She replied to my queries promptly and assisted me with various things throughout the process. I am very grateful to her for her help and because of this service, would most certainly recommend purchasing with Carrie Elizabeth - I definitely will be ordering again in the future! Thank you 😊

I recently purchased a £200 pair of earrings. Whilst I'm happy with the product itself I found the packaging of the earrings to be extremely poor and definitely ruined the experience of buying such an expensive item. I purchased these as a Christmas gift, within the box there was a nice little branded pouch, but then within this pouch each of the earrings was contained in a small cheap clear plastic grip seal bag. Each earring in a separate bag and each bag a different size. It's really impacted my perception of both the quality of the brand and the earrings themselves when they are presented in such a way.

Brilliant gorgeous jewellery! I ordered a few things all were so pretty. Decided a couple of the rings didn’t suit me as much as I had hoped and decided to send them back. Had to pay almost £10 for the return which was a bit painful ( would be good if they offered some kind of returns service) however, I did receive my refund the next day which I was pleasantly surprised about. Most companies hold onto you money for up to 10 working days before they refund you which is crazy! But not the case here! Proper customer service for a change. Thanks. Would definitely order from them again.

I've been buying jewellery from Carrie Elizabeth for years now, both for myself and as gifts. The quality is always extremely high, as is the customer service. Any small issues I've had, have always been dealt with swiftly. For this reason alone, I'd always go to CE before anywhere else.
