I put myself on the mailing list for an item that was sold out but given past experiences with other sites really wasn't expecting ting to hear back. How wrong I was, the email to say the item was back in stock came through and within five minutes I'd placed an order.
Gold and green amethyst stud earrings arrived in a couple of days and are simple but so elegant. Now I've got a little hint list on my partner's phone :)

Ordered the moon charm for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. It arrived on time and the quality is amazing.

Arrived super quick and packaged beautifully.

Loved the idea of the sample sale and i bought a necklace. When it arrived the beads were much smaller than I had anticipated / the photo led me to believe since it was so zoomed in. Looking back at the listing there wasn't any detail about the bead sizes so a little disappointed, I had a assumed it was going to be like the other opal necklaces on the website jsut in different colours.

Will be purchasing from this company again. Stunning piece of handmade personalised jewellery and could not be happier. Excellent customer service and they kept me informed along the way of the process and when my order was on the way.

I bought a voucher for my daughters birthday , so I don’t have an actual product to review .
I ordered an E-voucher , and put my daughter’s email address in and the the date I wanted it sent ( which was her 30th birthday) , but it wasn’t sent to her email, only to mine. Was a bit of a shame , but I have forwarded to her now.
Other than that , ordering was a very simple process.

I received my caramel quartz ring & it’s more beautiful than I thought it would be, perfect fit & looks stunning on! Its been on my wish list for a while & after receiving two of your other rings as presents from my husband last year ( the green sapphire for my birthday & Rosie diamond vintage for our anniversary) I wont buy my jewellery from anywhere else now.. STUNNING!

Not what I was expecting - so small and difficult to read. Wasnt expecting to pay so much for the postage when could have bought it cheaper with no postage.

Won't be buying anythings else.

All credit to Sophie for caring enough to recognise a genuine mistake and need for assistance, she's a credit to the team -thank you!

Will leave the original feedback below as it's still relevant, but my outlook on the CE brand has brightened thanks to their CS team.

I like to support smaller brands, and the female-owned narrative of CE aligns with our household values, so I purchased 3 rings for my wife's Xmas present - she likes to wear large statement rings, so I bought complimentary pieces for her thumb and pinky.

The designs were great, and quality seemed fine, but unfortunately the sizing just didn't work for my wife's hands, so a return was requested (feedback #1 - 'lettered' ring sizing would be more useful than S/M/L/XL).

Feedback# 2 - The returns process isn't as 'Premium' as the brand itself. No pre-paid labels, courier services etc, you are responsible for packing, posting and insuring the items until received by the depot. I paid £6.68 to send the rings 'First Class Signed For'.

That was 4 weeks ago. The rings haven't been received, so now I'm left battling Royal Mail for compensation.

The necklace we bought was as beautiful as pictured, and it arrived well packaged and quickly.
When there was an issue with the gem, the response was super-fast, the customer service was really supportive so the issue was resolved quickly. We are delighted and will definitely shop from Carrie Elizabeth again.
