Thrilled with my purchase, easy to use website and prompt delivery.

I ordered this chain and charms for my daughters Xmas. The box chain is very fine. The pearl charm is lovely. But I am disappointed with the camille flower charm. It is tiny and you can barely make out that it is a flower. Never mind which flower.
Not the experience I was expecting as the charms look amazing on the website.

The process of buying and customizing the item was very easy and there was good communication of delivery and the process. I purchased the custom birth stone necklace with 4 stones for my mother after the loss of her brother. And this was a very special gift idea. However, although the necklace is nice, the back of the birthstones does not have a good finished touch and has a cheap look. This is especially noticeable as when you wear the necklace, the birthstones constantly flip to show the back. Moreover, it arrived in a very small cheap-looking box which surprised me and I have had to find a separate box to give the present in.

Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase as it is still a meaningful present but definitely a little disappointed as I would expect a more finished product and a nicer display for it for the steep price and the fact it has a 7 week manufacturing window until delivery.

Tarnished jewellery , I bought some earrings for over 80 pounds they went all brassy in no time. The earrings I bought are temu quality , gold vermeil my arse!. My fault for trusting this brand and spending that much on brass. Terrible customer service. Never again .

Have ordered several pieces from CE in the past. Decided to buy a necklace in the Black Friday sale however for some reason two orders for the same item went through. Contacted customer services and told nothing could be done. Then received an email the next day saying it was too late to cancel the duplicate order and it had already been sent - I messaged as soon as it happened! Frustrating …. a lot of money to go twice.

Just reached out for a particular piece that is now sold out and discontinued so I went for the T BAR pendant in the end as messaged Carrie and felt confidant in ordering. It was between two pieces to be honest. I will be back
