I must say I am a little disappointed
I must say I am a little disappointed. I have found the order process very easy and straightforward and the ring measuring very helpful. The ring I have ordered arrived quickly, fit perfectly and is stunning. Unfortunately I have only had it few days and it's already scratched. I have tried to polish it but the scratches are still there. This is very disappointing 😞

Disappointing quality
I was really excited to receive the necklace I ordered as I loved the design, however on receipt the quality felt really below standard, particularly for an item being marketed at a price point over £150. Sadly I've returned as it just felt cheap.
I also think it's pretty poor that an online business expects customers to cover the cost of and liability for returns. They should be more up front about this - it's listed as free in the process, until you have confirmed your return and receive an email saying that you are expected to cover the costs.

I love buying from this brand, their jewels are beautiful. My last few purchases have been gifts and it has been so hard to give them away. Their customer service is 5* This is my go to brand for jewellery.

I bought mama signet ring for £70
I bought mama signet ring for £70. After a few days it was so covered in scratches it looked dreadful. I emailed customer services and they stated this happens with these rings and makes the ring look ‘loved’. Shows very poor quality especially at £70 - for this quality save your money and go to accessorize!

Ring engraving looks great but sizing…
Ring engraving looks great but sizing is very off. Its far too big and the dimensions listed online are the same as rings I have purchased from Libertys'. Really disapointing as now I'll have to get it re-sized or not wear it.

I love my new ring
I love my new ring! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but my exchange was processed super quickly and easily. I was impressed by how soon the new ring was on the way after the original was sent back. This is my second purchase from Carrie Elizabeth and there will definitely be more in the future!
