I love my new ring! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but my exchange was processed super quickly and easily. I was impressed by how soon the new ring was on the way after the original was sent back. This is my second purchase from Carrie Elizabeth and there will definitely be more in the future!

UPDATE: Carrie Elizabeth emailed me and tried their best to make things right, I'm still annoyed that the gem came with scratches in the first place and due to the tariffs, an exchange would take more trouble than it's worth but I will buy from them again in the future if the tariff situation ever changes

The main stone unfortunately has a bunch of micro scratches in the facets. I'm not sure if it was a returned ring or not but it did come back into stock even though it was already on sale. It's such a beautiful ring otherwise and I don't want to return it since I already paid duties on it anyway but it is a shame

I was very excited to purchase my first solid gold item from Carrie Elizabeth
The item sadly arrived damaged, with a deep cut in the solid gold, and the gold looks mottled as though its not pure or even solid gold.
Customer service is slow, not responding to my last mail, and Informing me they cant see very visible damage
Really poor experience when items firstly aren't quality controlled, and secondly lacking customer service.
Upsetting, as there were other items I was interested in, but based on this experience, it wouldn't be a return purchase for me

I waited weeks for it to come back in stock in my size, and it was worth the wait! I ordered the gold vermeil plated signet ring from the Louise Thompson range and am absolutely delighted with it. Came across Carrie's web site whilst searching for an opal ring. Identified one which unusually was available in a XXL size which I need because of my arthritic fingers. I bought it for my birthday as I struggled online to find high quality rings for a reasonable price.
