I am so disappointed with the cat charm. It is ridiculously tiny. I buy gold charms for all my grandchildren every year and thought I had found a new source for them but sadly, not. I don't mind paying a good price for them but definitely not for one I can hardly see.

My pendant got lost by Royal Mail and the team sent me another so quickly. Email correspondence was easy. It’s beautiful and has a special engraving. I’ll definitely order again from here.

I paid for next day delivery on Friday morning. I’m still sat here on Monday without my order, and it’s meant that it’s late for my partners birthday. No one has responded to me, Royal Mail have said they’re waiting to receive it. Not good service at all!!!

My engagement ring is CE and I love it almost as much as my fiancé! The ring sits delicately and unobtrusively on my finger, doesn't roll to the side and goes really well with my existing rings (made a stand against the traditional engagement ring type). Also, it feels super unique with its clever & intricate design, and silver fading to gold. You'd have to look really close (too close) to notice the diamond in the middle is much smaller than it appears. Also, it doesn't scratch like some other engagement rings.
I know he contacted customer service prior to the purchase and was really happy with his experience where he received helpful and friendly advice. Delivery was tracked and on time.
Can't wait to build up my collection with other pieces!

I love the jewellery that Carrie Elizabeth sells - I have a few pieces now thanks to my recent order with them.
I had initially needed to place an order due to my chain snapping on my locket which I only got in March which is unfortunate.
I started browsing and saw a charm that I loved (birthday flower which mine is a daffodil) and knew I wanted to add this to the chain which I was using to replace for my locket.
I then had a look through the sale items and saw that the "I am enough" pendant was on sale and have had my eye on for a while now, so bought this as well.
I just love how dainty and delicate the pieces are and they look so great when stacked.

Choosing was the most difficult part as your collections are gorgeous. Ordering was simple and straightforward. I love the Klarna option meaning I can build my collection affordably and perhaps sooner than I would if waiting /saving. The delivery is prompt too so there’s not much waiting. The bangle is gorgeous, I love it. I’ll be buying my next item for me soon and probably for gifts for loved ones soon too. My kids introduced me to your collection as they gifted me a beautiful ring and earrings for my birthday last year 🥰
