If I could give no stars I would. I bought my wedding band from Carrie Elizabeth 2 years ago and its now completely tarnished and unwearable. It cost £100 and looks worse than rings I've bought from high street shops! I contacted customer service and they said that this is what happens with gold vermeil and I can pay an extra £30 to get it fixed 🤯

I got the noa moonstone rings, one for me and my mum. They are stunning. I had to exchange one as got the sizes wrong and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Exchanged no problem.

Love the jewellery, it looks good, is very wearable and a bit different. Also reasonably priced, and some real bargains when there's sales.
Why so much plastic packaging (bags within bags) with the online orders though? It really isn't needed.

Very quick delivery. I ordered the Noa moonstone ring which was too big and the exchange has taken less than a week. Also ordered the moonstone dreamer necklace and I absolutely love it. Such good quality items and very reasonably priced

My necklace arrived quickly . Unfortunately the clasp was broken but amazing customer service gave me a replacement without quibble which arrived only a couple of days later. Really impressed with both the lovely jewellery and the standard of customer service . Will definitely buy from this company again

I bought a ring from Carrie Elizabeth and never even got to wear it before the gold tarnished. The ring was intended to commemorate my 10 year anniversary with my partner. It’s now black and looks ugly and is unwearable. Really poor quality. I’m obviously really disappointed by this and won’t be shopping here again!

I purchased a ring. Unfortunately it was the wrong size as its hard to know the sizing when buying from the Internet. However, customer services were very responsive helpful so that the process of exchanging for a ring that fits went smoothly. And this ring is absolutely stunning and worth getting right. NEVER again will I order anything from Carrie Elizabeth. Order was placed on may 1st for delivery to france within 14/15 working days. So far nothing has been delivered .Contacted customer service was told should have picked fast option delivery and that once in the hands of postal service not their fault.
However my order was debited from my account in less than 2 days postage was paid extra on top of sales price and extra customs fee of 25e was paid in france so why have I still received nothing? Dont promise 14/15 working days delivery if not true. VERY misleading especially if ordering for a birthday gift.

Absolutely love my signet ring, looks way more expensive than it was....thrilled. Will buy again because the quality is fabulous.

I've been searching for a long tine for a dainty vintage ring, I saw this one on Carrie's website a number of months ago, and always went back to it. I'm always a bit dubious ordering jewellery online as I like to feel and touch a piece of jewelery.

Few weeks ago I was out and about and saw several vintage rings and tried on etc.but still.nothing compared to the one on Carrie's website, so last weekend I decided to just go for it and order the ring, knowing I had the reassurance that if it came and didn't suit me there was a returns service.

Well needless to say I sure wont be using the returns service, I am absolutely delighted with the ring, it is just gorgeous.

Ordering was simple, delivery was quick and ring was well packaged on delivery.

Bought an expensive item which as it was the first order I was told to use a code to receive 10% off. It didn't work. Saying the code was for mobile app use only which was what I was using!

Lovely idea but item execution doesn’t work. The bracelet cannot be put in with the initial charm as the charm goes inside bracelet clasp so it keeps falling off. Also the bracelet is a lot lighter and smaller than the pictures. The colours of the charm and bracelet do not match. Returns should be free in this situation so disappointed in being asked to pay and I won’t take a chance on an item from this company again which is a shame as I have a signet ring I love from them and wear daily.
