A Gorgeous Treat to Myself
I absolutely love this necklace! I’d had my eye on it for ages, so I was thrilled when it went from 30% off to 40% off, it felt like the perfect time to treat myself. Delivery was really quick, and the packaging was absolutely beautiful. It felt so special to open.
The necklace itself is gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. My only struggle has been with the clasp. I have fibromyalgia, and because it’s a short necklace with the clasp sitting so close to the stone, I’ve found it really difficult to fasten by myself. It also sits quite high on my neck, but that’s down to me choosing a shorter length and being a plus-size girl rather than any fault with the necklace.
Overall, I’m so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. The quality, presentation and value for money have all been fantastic.

Sadly disappointing
I know this isn’t an expensive site but the quality is absolutely terrible , so disappointed I wouldn’t have paid £20 for what I received let alone over £100 I paid .. please be careful . I can’t return my item as it was engraved . I use the term ‘ engraved ‘ very loosely ! The silver was so cheap and plastic looking . Only positive is it arrived quickly but i did pay extra for that so that is the only positive I have ..

The ring was very different to the one…
The ring was very different to the one on the website - extremely dark - I accept that semi precious stones differ and I wouldn't have minded except it cost me £9 plus to return it as they don't have free returns. Royal Mail doesn't cover fine jewellery lost in transit unless you send it Special Delivery - I have been caught out before by sending it 24 Tracked. Also the sizing being small, medium and large is a bit of a lottery.

It’s hard to assess items online
The item that I ordered was listed as a charm but when it arrived, for the price of £150, it was absolutely tiny and wouldn’t have been suitable for that use. I contacted Carrie Elizabeth customer services and was told that I should have noted the photograph in the listing - which I had, it was shown as a pendant and somehow looked larger. I had to pay to return it and have since received an email asking me to give a review so here it is! My advice is to buy jewellery in person if you can but to check very carefully when buying it online as it’s expensive to return when you’re disappointed…
