Car leasing made simple™ Recenzje

I’ve never leased a car before but on deciding to get into the e car market I decided to lease at this stage rather than buy.
AFL Car Leasing Made Simple really did what their name suggests. The process has been quick and, so far, really straightforward, although I did need some help with the online form. This was immediately resolved by Shafin Khan.
Although Trustpilot prefers to avoid using specific names, I feel I should mention Shafin Khan who was the sales executive who arranged the lease and he was terrific. I rarely write reviews in general but in this case feel it is totally deserved. I’d recommend him and his company without hesitation.

Customer service was very good and helpful.

Car Leasing Made Simple exceeded my expectations in helping me secure the exact car I wanted, delivered within my required timeframe. Bhav was especially outstanding. his clear and consistent communication made the entire process smooth and stress free.

Had a great experience leasing my car. Cameron was extremely helpful from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Great service from start to finish
Very helpful and friendly

My first experience leasing a car and the team at calms made it pretty painless and they talked me through every stage of the process. Very friendly!

Thank you to Janet and Fiona for your excellent customer care.

Very good communication and kept me informed throughout. Also I received my car in a timely manner.

Your service is not good at all it is very bad
Service and never get another car from you and I would like a full refund back

Great service from initial quote right the way through to delivery. I was kept informed at all stages of the process via call and email, and delivery was on time and efficient. Delivery agent Andrew was especially helpful, taking time to explain everything well and make sure that all went smoothly - much appreciated.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Louise at Car Leasing Made Simple - She was able to secure a Low BIK PHEV company car for me when other funders required more documents (I only became LTD at the beginning of 2025 after many years of trading). Proposal was also more competitive than other lease companies. Highly Recommend.

Great communication, super service from Louise, seamless process to get a new vehicle.

We leased a car as a business and dealt with Chloe Edwards. From start to finish she is incredibly patient as i changed the spec numerous times meaning new quotes to be undertaken. The ordering process was really simple, the car came early and the after care was great. I would thoroughly recommend Chloe and her team, they aren't pushy, call when they say they will and gave us the best rate on the market. Thank you

Exceptional experience

I was looking for the best price for the new Renault 5, the dealership gave me their price but CLMS were considerably cheaper. Louise ran through all the models with me and colour options so I was fully informed of my options/choice. I decided to order the icon 5 model. The order was processed immediately. The communication was fabulous throughout the process. My new Renault 5 iconic arrived ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks

Dealt with Max Dhillon for the lease of our new vehicle. From my first contact with Max right through until after the car was delivered I was dealt with in a professional and very friendly manner.

I’ve already recommended your company to several friends and family because of how easy the process was made and how competitive the pricing was.

Fantastic experience from start to finish and over the moon with my vehicle.
Leasing process was all new to me and I had many questions and doubts.
I was fortunate and was dealt with by Conor O'Donoghue who in my opinion was fantastic, very professional very human and he honestly went above and beyond to assist me.
Conor was informative, honest and always responded to my calls and emails, nothing was to much trouble and there was never any pressure from him which is what I wrongly expected.
My experience from start to finish was just a breeze and personally I can't recommend this company enough and if you choose to use them I'd highly recommend you ask for Conor O'Donoghue

It was the first time I'd leased a car (as a retirement present to myself) and the service I received from CLMS was excellent! The costs were competitive with no administration charges included in deal.
Faith Babirye was fantastic and supported and guided me through the whole process, which was quite complicated and extended, but relatively painless, with excellent communication at all times.
The car chosen was a Renault Austral Iconic Esprit Alpine in Naxos Blue, which was due mid to late October. However, it was delivered on the 10th which was much quicker than expected. Moreover, it wasn't covered in company stickers and leasing company logos which was appreciated.
I am extremely pleased with the overall service provided and would highly recommended them to any potential customer. Great company!
