It’s been weeks, no phone number to call. My product is still in another state. Scam.

I reached out to them a few times after they sent me tracking number that still shows it has been returned to China (left from China) since begininng of December. I paid extra fees to get it in 3-5 days via DHL but didnt arrive in 1.5 months due to Post Canada strike ...wtf?? . Always the same auto reply messge when I contacted them, Ive demanded a refund and reported them to my credit card company as scammers. Dont purchase

They pose as a USA company and offer good looking shipping rates and times. Problem is that’s all a scam. They ship from china and it takes forever. When or if it arrives the quality is very questionable. Avoid them and order elsewhere

Product arrived with mutiple missing products, unable to even assemble the sign. Reached out for them to send the hooks, was provided a fake tracking number and hooks never came. Awful customer service and the company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER

Very bad material. Refused to partial refund. Claimed to be US owned company but label and item shipping came from china.

Terrible customer service, rude & arrogant. I ordered a family plaque set arrived its cheap made but my mum wanted to keep it for my nana, i tried to order a new name for it & they sent me the wrong colour, I messaged to tell them and it's constant excuses. Unwilling to help me telling me it could be a different colour which isnt on their site when i sent them the original to double check. Dont waste your money company is a scam!

I ordered 2 items but I only received one.
I contacted the site several times but I never had any response.
This is not normal at all !
The site doesn’t respect clients and they swindle us !

Do not order!! Ordered a Christmas present for my mother in law and it arrived wrong emailed customer services multiple times to be ignored reordered the incorrect part as it's a gift I didn't want it to be wrong and they have resent me the same item 3 times now all incorrect at the expense of me!

It's a very cheap product made on cheap wood. It was not engraved, as it was advertised as being. On top of that, they got my kid's birthday completely wrong -- which I know wasn't sent incorrectly -- and put periods after months of the year like June and April, so that part looks stupid. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother, and now I'm embarrassed to give it to her. This company should be embarrassed to put out this kind of product for what they charge people.

Admits that they’ve scammed people and won’t help people as they’re on vacation.
