So my order took a while to come over a month, but since it has arrived, I have no negative things to say it curves my appetite I’m eating one meal a day. It is necessary that you drink and eat at the same time when you are on these I’ve lost about 3 pounds so far and I’ve only been using it about four days. Stay tuned so I can do a review and see my transformation.

Place 1 order and without been told this becomes a monthly subscription for 3 months we’re.
Horrendous customer service, with auto generated responses that somebody is looking in to it, constantly chasing, cancelled further payments with my bank, but they continue to attempt to take money after been asked to stop.

Everybody saying its a scam subscription is correct, you can ask them however many times to cancel and/or refund you and they won't do it. I've been charged twice since asking them to stop so it's now being handled by my bank. Please do not order from this scam company! There's a reason they dont ask for reviews themselves :/

I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and they did not. I reached out to their “help line” and they were not helpful in the slightest. I ended up having to cancel my credit card so that they are unable to charge it.

Please do not order from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Like a lot of other people here I ordered thinking it was a 1 off only to be told I’d signed up for a monthly subscription. After 2 orders I tried to cancel my subscription but got talked into pausing it for 6 months then guess what! Another monthly charge! Lots of emails back and fore then I contacted my bank to block anymore payments and thank god I did as they tried taking another payment out on Sunday!!! Total scammers!!!!!

NOT EVENM ONE STAR. THEY WONT CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION LIKE I KEEP SAYING.

Customer service is non existent. I told them I did not want them to continue the order and they refused to get me tot the correct people to get it canceled and sent anyway and charged my card and I had to go through my car to stop it. 0 out of 5 start. Absolutely would not recommend this company or product, it has done nothing. Its a scam subscription and they refuse to cancel the su subscription

This stuff doesn't work. I was charged for an order after cancelling my subscription. I emailed them several times they didn't get back to me until after the package was sent.

This product did not yield result. I canceled the subscription months ago and keep getting charged and shipments. Everytime I vibrant the company saying I have already canceled my subscription im told someone is looking into it. Nothing is ever resolved and I keep getting charged.

Shipped at an appropriate rate..the taste is great! Only been using it for about a week but feel less bloated an need less naps!!

this company is a complete scam and illegal. NEVER purchase from them. they have no way to delete your account or information or cancel the subscriptions that they put you in without consent. they say they will refund but dont. they dont reply to your email until after the package already arrived and say they cant refund it.

Deffo a scam !! I bought a one off but it appears I subscribed, I have been trying to cancel since feb, all the e mails we have exchanged, reassuring me it will be sorted but here we are in August and they have taken another £46 and have sent out another package of all I can describe as rubbish! This company is a joke, but it is not funny when they keep taking money . I’ve asked for a phone no , but was told by Emma that was not possible from that desk! I said I was dealing with a robot but she assured me she is a real person . If that is true then I am the kings uncle!!!!! This company needs investigating

Scam, been trying to cancel for a long time

***SCAM*** Absolutely horrendous company. Slipped in extra items, promised to refund it, stopped replying to my emails, I emailed several times to make sure I wasn't subscribed, was assured I was not, now I have been charged again, emailed them and demanded it be cancelled and refunded, was assured that had been done, then got an email telling me it has shipped so wasn't cancelled.
This company is absolutely disgusting! SCAM

They are liars, and taking money. And I will not care for membership. And I didn’t even know it was know it was description. But I have to stop payments myself.

Say it’s on its way and it never arrives and then takes more money for an additional order but never signed up

Absolutely useless doesn’t work and could they please take me off any subscription? They seem to put you on every month. They keep sending it to me and I did not order this. I ordered one package and so far. I’ve just received package number four that I did not sign up for so be very careful with this company how do we stop?

Scam lying bastards who won't cancel subscriptions and refused ro comply with the law regarding cancellation and refund. Am having to go through the bank to stop payments as they refused to cancel subscription. Also, the crap doesn't do anything either.

I got my 1st 3 month parcel. Started using no difference in 3 weeks. Then I got an email my next 3 month supply was being dispatched and to my shock they had taken money off my credit card almost £100 I immediately contacted them to stop the 2nd order and cancel an subscription that I hadn't agreed to in the 1st place. Got a reply they will deal with my enquiry 15 emails later still awaiting a return label to send goods back for a refund... low and behold again anyone email your next parcel is coming and another payment taken from my card.. for nearly £50 this time. Again another frustrated email to them to cancel said 3rd parcel.. ive now contacted my bank to report their fraud and block anymore payments... this company is an absolute JOKE AND A SCAM DONT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP I DID
