Fantastic shop. Large range of sugar free sweets for my dad, and arrived in very nice packaging perfect for a gift. Arrived very quickly (Tracked 48) , would definitely buy from here again.

Thought I should leave a review as I checked trust pilot when I was buying and feel like the negative reviews are unfair. Particularly the one about the monmore confectionary labelling, as it literally says you're paying monmore confectionary when you order.

I ordered two tubs of sweets for work to decorate items. When they arrived one of the tubs was open, with the seal still intact(?!), and the sweets were loose in the box. I emailed the company, expecting them to want to try and rectify THEIR mistake. I was wrong. The ‘customer service’ rep, Ellie, proceeded to tell me that they needed to be returned…no problem, I can’t use them now due to cross contamination anyway, then that I’d have to reorder the sweets if I still wanted them. If I wanted them by the date I needed them by I’d have to pay extra for express delivery, despite having ordered the sweets in plenty of time originally. I was left with no choice but to order elsewhere where they could guarantee delivery in time. Candy Crave and Ellie had absolutely no interest in rectifying their mistake. I had no response to my questions about how the seal was intact but the lid was off the box. Serious food hygiene concerns from this cowboy outfit. Do not use. Not worth the risk imo.

Fast service and good prices. However the liquorice assorted selection only smells of liquorice but regrettably doesn’t taste of it.

Quality looks good and well packaged

3 stars as two items were replaced with something similar but not the same and not what i ordered or want so they went in the bin.

I cant recommend them due to this , its a shame as the fast delivery and decent quality of the rest if the order has been let down.

I paid twice the price of good supermarket brand of buttermints as I cant get to the store but Candycrave sent me 'glassy' looking cheap 'butter' mints with little taste of butter or mint! Very poor confectionery IMO and wasting money is not funny on a pension.

I placed an order mistakenly added my old address I sent a message 1 minute after placing my order to tell them that my address is wrong, 2 days later after sending them messages they reply to me saying it’s to late the order has been dispatched, well you should have a telephone number or reply to messages in a timely manner.

Really speedy delivery. But once opened discovered I had received duplicates of one sweetie tub and missing another tub. Checked online and missing tub still available. Have emailed company 3 times and no response. Disappointed at non existent customer service.

Ordered 2 1kg pick and mix bag and I understand it’s not going to look exactly like the picture but it was literally just 2kg of jelly beans, small red gummies and black liquorice. Nothing in the picture came in the bag, bit deceiving really, wouldn’t order from here again

I placed an order with this company for a selection of sweets. They arrived quickly but two bags of a certain type of sweet had been replaced with another type that I don’t like.

There was no contact of any type to say they were out of stock, or to ask if I’d accept a change to the order.

The only contact details on the website is an email address. Their Facebook page doesn’t allow for contact other than Messenger which gives the wrong contact email address that bounces back as the address doesn’t exist. No reply to Messenger messages despite being seen.

I have emailed their website email address multiple times and months later still have not received a reply. So I have sweets I dislike and didn’t order and no way to remedy it. I will not order from them again. They haven’t even owned this profile so they have no interest in their public image.

Great variety of sweets especially sugar free ones. Have already placed my second order - it’s so quick to arrive.

Good value and great tasting sweets

Would recommend.
