Easy ordering system. I ordered a large selection for my daughters wedding to make a sweet shop for the kids, so obviously needed to do a taste test. My sweets arrived promptly, beautifully packaged in an undamaged cardboard box. All products were intact inside and all tasted good. I'm very happy with my order and would definitely order again

Honestly don't waste your time ordering from these, wished I had gone by reviews. Very quick to take my money from me then zero communication from them, no dispatch date or anything, then delivered my sweets and left in hot porch all day, didn't tell me they were delivering that day as no communication from them would have got delivered to my neighbour instead most the sweets were melted and went straight in bin, took 2 days for customer service to get back to me and still not resolved as no one has responded to my last email,just avoid buying from these

A little health update, of a kind. Conscious of the 'beetus' I recently bought a selection of sugar free sweets from Candy Cave; various boiled sweets, several types of mints, rhubarb and custard, licourice toffee, cough sweet, etc,. So the other night, watching a two part mystery, wife and I ate a number of each. Prior to this I'd made sure the sweeter wasn't sorbitol because I know this gives you the sh!ts. But these ones were sweetened with maliotol, or some such. Anyway, when we got to bedtime, wife and I were afflicted with crippling wind! We both looked like beach balls. But this was just a precursor to the final event which was a sequence of the most trumpeting f@rts we've ever experienced! Honestly it was like we were sponsored by Hoverspeed!!! We seemed to float above the covers and could quite easily have powered a gas-fired power station! By morning the smell was truly rank and we still ached from the previous night's inflation! So Candy Cave sugar-free is a no go!!!!!

Awful sweets. Cheap and nasty - all stuck together. Emailed to complain, they asked me to get the rubbish out the bin to investigate!

Delivery was excellent but the sweets are cheap and nasty . I wished I had looked at reviews before ordering .

Very disappointed with my experience. Ordered sweets for a school summer fair. One damaged box of sweets despite packaging remaining intact.
Taken 5 days to respond and told they are fine to consume and will not replace. Not happy to use them as potentially contaminated. Return would be at my expense.
Will never use Candycrave again.

The company offers an express delivery but at a cost I ordered on friday and it still hasn't arrived contacted them through email yesterday about a refund as I'm sick of waiting and not a single answer back won't be ordering from here anymore

I ordered 9 boxes of sweets from Candycrave and then panicked about the delivery after reading some reviews of missing items, packaging, late delivery. I contacted Customer Support to voice my concerns, and I got a response a day later. Also, my delivery turned up on the same day, so within 3 days. It was well packaged and the sweet tubs were intact and they are perfect. I had a really good experience with Candycrave and will not hesitate to place further orders and will recommend to friends and family.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Sweets arrived quicky in a very battered box. I didn't receive one of the items I ordered and one of the bags in the box had burst open with sweets everywhere so I can't use them. I have emailed to ask for a refund or replacement and to have the sweets I paid for but reading these reviews, I am not at all hopeful they will even respond. Fingers crossed they will read this and act- I am more than happy to change my review if so. Watch this space!

Fizzy sweets tasted terrible. Thought I was getting a good deal but really it's just cheap low quality sweets.

0 stars if I could. Did a big order for my wedding and the sweets came damaged and full of broken plastic, one tub was all in the delivery parcel open! No response for months and now months later they’ve refused my dispute with the bank when I’ve already been refunded so now I’m having to pay them the money back two weeks before my wedding for sweets I couldn’t use! Absolute p taking bs scammers and tra**s. Imagine not responding to somebody showing no customer service and then stealing money off them months later for providing no service. Avoid and don’t order

I would give no stars if I could. Items didn’t arrive when they should have. Waste of money. Wouldn’t use this company again.

Ordered 3 tubs of sweets, only received 2 of them and no replies to emails. Very disappointed as used company before and never had an issue

I so wanted, and was looking forward, to liking these!! BUT THE NASTIEST CHEAPEST CANDY IVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF EATING. DONT BE LIKE ME -YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR -BUY FROM REPUTABLE COMPANY.
