Was not expecting such a big box and omg the sweet paradise that lay in side we are very impressed with the sweets and candies xx

It’s my second time ordering, and in all honesty the first time was great! But this time almost ALL of the sweets (different types) are mouldy. I’ve gone through every bag and there is at least one or two sweets with mould on. Really gutted as I had a fab experience last time and thought I could use this place for events etc, but I think the quality control just isn’t there. Will order from somewhere else moving forward.

Spent a little money on a lot of sweets and choc, more than happy with everything i got. Many thanks.

We've been having blackcurrant and liquorice sweets for years and have had trouble finding them anywhere, we looked online and found Candycrave and thought we would give them a try, what a find, excellent price and delivery exceptional, ordered on a Friday and delivered on Monday, will certainly buy from Candycave again.

Delivery was very quick

Very easy to order, reasonably priced, good selection.

First order was ok aside from one box the plastic had shattered. They told me it was fine despite the fact I didn’t want my wedding guests eating sharp shards of plastic. Wouldn’t refund without returning the shattered box. Sent me a return label but I don’t have a printer so the sweets just ended up in the bin. Rest of the order was great and delivery was fast.

2nd order: placed on 15/08/2025. The items reached royal mail delivery office on 18/08/2025 but no further movement. On 27/08/2025 I contacted them to explain looks like the parcel is lost.

They also don’t read as I put the order number in the subject but they asked me for my order number and address. I gave my address and then they asked for it again, despite them having it as I gave my address when placing the order.

I was told it’s going to take 5 days to “investigate”

I’ve now been told that yes the parcel is lost and it’s going to take 3 weeks to refund me

My wedding is next week, so I’ll not have my refund to be able to reorder.

Didn’t get the discount for signing up for the newsletter. Sweets arrived and some of the packs were stuck together and the sweets leaked and become sticky. Not great for £26 on sweets

DO NOT ORDER!! they sent me some sweets and they are literally rock solid you could break your teeth on them, i asked for a replacement bag to be sent quickly as was for an event but they wouldn't until i returned this bag but i needed them ASAP, so unhelpful
