I have dealt with Cackle many times over the years and consistently receive exceptionally great service. Karen is always courteous and conscientious. Her communication is above and beyond and she is always ready to help when I am confused (which happens a lot lol)

not to sure where the bad ratings are coming from?, these guys are hardly worse than any other retail group, so far id actually recommend them over big names such as pb tech.

The cables could definately be longer
The cables could definately be longer, my two employees are pratically conjoint twins with the dual training head set. Also, it would have been nice if the USB connectors of the headsets did not have custom moulding. Becuase of this we couldn't solve the cable lenght problem ourselves. Initially our Mitel phone system would not ring when the cackle was plugged in but eventually we solved this. It is a good short term solution but I would not like to be using this as a permanent solution to ongoing training

Thank you for your feedback Gabrielle. We have reviewed your order and can see that it was delivered the day after the placing of the order. The Jabra Link 265 USB/QD Cable has one long (2m) cable and two short QD connections (one for the Supervisor and one for the Trainee) and is designed to work with corded QD Headsets only. Corded Headsets have a 1m cord from the Headset to the QD. As discussed in our recent telephone call, the manufacturer Jabra supply this cable globally but we will certainly pass on your feedback to them. If ever you order a product and, on receipt find that it isn’t quite what you expected, we are always happy to discuss its return and assist you to find an alternative solution.

As always, Cackle were professional and friendly when I phoned, and supplied the required headset promptly. They are always great to deal with.

We advised an ETA and it was agreed that the order would still proceed. The feedback request is sent automatically and, to ensure the integrity of the system, we’re unable to override it. So, we hope you understand that we had no control over the timing of its sending.

The guys are good
The guys are good. I have purchased a number of wireless headsets from them. When I have needed help it has always been easy to get through to the right person. I have then been assisted efficiently, effectively, and good naturedly.
