They make self hosting super simple and noob-friendly. You won't be disappointed. I came in with no experience and 15mins later I was all set up and enjoying the service.

Disappointed

Fix billing error because I lost a prepaid month when changing plans. Then got frustrated and cancelled. At that point I got email saying service will stay active but it did not.

Edit: Elf support did what they could

Wonderful team and products, very easy to use!

Absolutely amazing, very very good service, extremely helpful and the fact you don’t have to maintain or update anything yourself is a HUGE improvement in your personal media server.
I’ve spent 4 months trying a VPS, seedbox, setting up the arr stack on my nas and my spare pc and I’ve had multiple breakdowns. Got elfhosted and it was amazing, I just had to add my files through radarr or sonarr and I could watch it.
Only downsides are it’s a bit difficult to transcode on their hardware and it’s only payable in USD (which sucks coming from Australia so it’s a bit pricy here)but other than that it’s amazing, 10/10 would recommend, especially if your not too tech savvy or you just want something to click and play. Thank you so much elfhosted your amazing!!

ElfHosted is the BEST!

Up until now, all my experience with ElfHosted as been very pleasant. I recommend this service for anybody who wants to enter the world of streaming, that the team of ElfHosted will always help, and watch for us. The customer service is the best! Always caring for the end user.
I highly recommend ElfHosted!

Highly Recommend there service.

There so helpful and willing to go out if there way to get you all setup. They went out of there to help me get my media server setup and running and organized properly since I was total noob at it.

Exceptional Service

I have two left hands. But thanks to the amazing support i was able to get all of this running in no time! Special Thanks to Togx90 ur a Hero! This was the best customer support i habe ever seen. Great Service!

Customer support is way too excellent

Customer support is way too excellent. Their service and products are 100% top notch. I only have entry level knowledge when it comes to configuring these stuff but the support team quickly responded to my concerns, questions and even helped me setup everything. I am 100% satisfied with their service and I will definitely give them a 5/5 or 10/10 if thats possible!
