We received what we ordered within a…
We received what we ordered within a short time of the order being confirmed an email was received within hours of order and another received when order was dispatched.
Product as ordered and working as described.
All in all a very effective service from start to finish.

I was unable to work out what was required and what would work (compatible) with our brand of IP phones, so called in for assistance. Got the most helpful person on the other end who made the process very easy. He was friendly and absolutely knew his product.
