2 days before lockdown
2 days before lockdown, working from home and my headset failed.. couldnt find the one I needed, most suppliers had no stocks.. I am eternally grateful for your immediate response & urgent delivery. Thanks so much. Highly recommend Cackle.

All good but we missed the point that…
All good but we missed the point that neither headset shipped with a bluetooth dongle to allow us to use them on our PCs.
A bit of "up selling", "WOuld you like a bluetooth dongle with that" would have got us going a couple of days earlier.
Otherwise all good and happy with the headsets.

I thought I had laid out what I needed…
I thought I had laid out what I needed fairly clearly, but the responses I got required me to ask multiple times to remind them I had a multiple headset type setup so expected those to be considered.
Instead of saying "They don't make a cord for that" the answer should be "They don't make a cord for that, however you can use this one for this purpose"
