No option available to cancel premium subscription service. I’ve emailed their so called customer service to get them to do it with no response. There’s barely anyone on there within your search range once you activate a subscription so I want to cancel and delete the account. Should’ve read the reviews first because it seems like that’s going to be a problem!

I cancelled the subscription after few days had a message saying they were charging me I sent a message to say I'd cancelled don't bother taking any money.
All quite for a bit then another message saying they were taking money again.
So another email to them saying cancelled don't bother now I see on my bank statement they are trying to take it.
How many times do I have to tell them?.
Disgusting company do not go near them.

Absolute scam, they just want your money.
I didn't get informed the price was going up, tried several times to cancel but couldn't.
Now getting threatened with court by letter and email.
Plenty of posts online about this awful service .
They won't be getting a penny out of me.

I requested my account be closed for three months, since the last renewal occurred. I have emails detailing my cancellation request and now I have had an email threatening legal action if I don’t pay! Not cool. I have evidence that I requested cancellation.
The app does not make it easy to cancel at all. I don’t want to use the service anymore as stated in my cancellation request

I tried to cancel my subscription. I submitted a cancellation form many times over two weeks, each time throwing up an error and now they keep charging fees with every communication. Do not use! Scammers. I will be reporting them to trading standards. It is not my fault their cancellation form did not work.

Cancelling/deleting profile
I had a bit of an issue when I stopped using cdate, I found it difficult to cancel my subscription so just deleted my profile, they said I had to pay anyway but after speaking to them again they did agree to the way I cancelled and didn’t go any further with it and used common sense even though technically I hadn’t followed protocol, so I had a small issue which was resolved.

Scam
Scam, I paid 9.99 and the website is a scam 5 woman who are clearly not real tried to cancel and they say they can refuse my request to cancel. I got my bank to block them July this year.
But they sent me a xmas present a letter saying I owe them £254.
So I've made it my mission to report this company to every authority.
I've reported them to action fraud
Citizens advice the dating association don't ever send me a letter again.

Complex scam this dating site. I only asked for a month subscription and they continue to take money from my account afterwards. There is nowhere on their website to cancel your subscription. Dating site is rubbish, you see the same people all the time.
