Felaktiv beskrivning av varan, kundservice vägrade svara på min efterfrågan om reklamation. Efter 30 dagar av mejlkonversation så avslutade dem kontakten med att säga att mina 30 dagars returrätt gått ut. Även fast der var dem som drog ut med tiden på att svara. Anmält till konsumentverket

I ordered yesterday but I researched too late. I tried to cancel on the same day but the customer service are stalling they said they’ll get back to me but now it’s the next day and I still don’t have a reply I’m panicking because I paid £50 and my mum gave that to me from her salary to enjoy

An absolute CON. I ordered six shirts for a funeral. The items took much longer to arrive than expected and when they did arrive they were NOTHING like the shirts ordered! One was the correct shirt but in a different colour and the other five were absolutely hideous nylon rubbish.

Absolute garbage product and this company do not have a valid returns policy, I complained about the poor quality, not linen but polyester, no labeling, fits like a potato sack and its going straight in the charity bin. Disgraceful, scamming company and lesson learned.Avoid at all cost and spread the message to others so they dont get scammed

Dress ordered wasn't shipped for 10 days. Actually only sent out after l tried cancelling the order, took a week to be delivered, well after the event l had ordered for. It also didn't fit, so tried to return and that was refused " your given reasons don't qualify for a return"! Disgusted by their attitude!

I returned an item to ByCastello with full tracking and proof of postage. I’ve sent them this info multiple times — it’s right there in the email chain.
Despite this, they keep replying with the same scripted messages asking for the tracking again, pretending they haven’t seen it. Now they’re blaming customs for the item not arriving — even though I followed all their instructions and have proof the parcel was sent to the address they gave me.
After weeks of frustration and delay, they still refuse to refund the £76.24 I’m owed. I’ve since:
Reported them to UK Trading Standards
Filed a complaint with Chinese authorities
Started a chargeback through my bank
Their customer service is evasive and unhelpful. They’ve even turned off Instagram comments — probably to stop customers from exposing what’s happening.
Avoid this company. If you ever need to return something, prepare to be ignored, stalled, and left out of pocket.

This experience was an awful customer experience from start to finish and much of what they have on their website misrepresented their product and returns process. Firstly, the item was not delivered in the time frame suggested being over two weeks late to arrive. When it did arrive the quality was appalling and did not represent the images or description on the website. Being told throughout the process, after I enquired about a return before even the item was delivered, given it was later than I needed it, I was reassured once received I was easily able to return the item. Well this was a blatant lie! The item cost me just under £40. When I finally received it and asked about returning it they told me the reason for return was no listed on their reasons for a return, which actually then checking their returns policy was not the case. The returns process required me to send the item to an address in China which would cost me just over £40!! Then I could get my refund, clearly not a situation where I was going to actually have any form of refund (money back in my account rather than paying out more). The business just had one lie after another which did not justify a return and I was left just under £40 out of pocket and frustrated with extremely poor service and customer experience. Where do these companies think this sort of response is going to leave them? Not as a viable business that has great customer experiences and onward recommendations. I could not, not recommend, this retailer highly enough.

This company is a scam! crap stuff that does not even closely resemble the pictures. And they obstruct returns by asking stupid questions which feels like they are trying to make you give upp.

Absolutely dreadful company do not buy from here. My husband bought 2 shirts. They sent the wrong items and they were of poor quality. When he wanted to return them they took a while to send a return address which was in China. The tracking postage back was going to cost over £30 so he chose international post which was still £20.
Two months later after several emails where they ask for price of posting etc (I have supplied this several times) he still has not had a refund. They are con artists!

The customer service is obviously generated by AI. My experience was the same as all the other reviewers, An unbelievably shoddy item delivered, nothing like the advertised item, no size, no tags, no label except a vey small one in a side seam, indicating that it was made in China, terrible fabric in a small parcel and a crumpled mess.
You will be completely wasting your money by using them and unfortunately won’t see it again should you wish to get a refund. Amazed that they can get away with it.

Saw this coat online looked amazing I did check were it was coming from clearly states Norway.
Arrived today squashed in a tiny bag the life had been sucked out off it so when I opened it wow the smell ....
I paid 89.00 pounds for this piece of black material so cheap it was horrendous feel very let down is this legal? in my eyes its deception as its clearly not what they advertised would like a full refund .... how and why do they do this i would never wear this

This website is a con AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful quality (genuinely so so awful and thin), sizing is WAY off (I’m a size 12 and an xl feels tight). They refused to refund me, or process a return unless I paid shipping to their HQ in China which costs almost as much as the item I purchased! Absolute con and I’m shocked they’re legally allowed to operate. Terrible.

Absolutely terrible.

Received completely the wrong colour, contacted immediately and they replied right away but as soon as requested a refund and return they have since ignored me. I have requested the refund process and policy 4 times now and each time have been ignored.

Also, garment was advertised as “Linen” label shows made in China 40% linen 60% polyester. Should be advertised as polyester!!

Handla inte här!!! Skickar kläder som är extremt små i storlek. Lång lång leveranstid!! Svarar inte på mail när man vill returnera. Riktigt blufföretag!!

Dom skickade min kostym i fel storlek och var absolut inte intresserad i av att hjälpa. Jag var tvungen själv å betala för att returnera kostymen för att kunna få tillbaka mina pengar. Det kostade ungefär lika mycket som kostymen. Så dom straffar sina kunder när dom gör ett fel. Kommer aldrig ens tänka på att köpa något från detta stället igen. Undvik detta stället.

As other reviews state the goods are not as advertised and after many emails did not receive a return address. Paid with a Credit Card and contacted them and the same day the company confirmed a FULL REFUND. So if you paid with a Credit Card the Credit Card Company will own your problem, because if you pay with a Credit Card your contract is with the Credit card company not ByCostello

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. The product I received was of very poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, I’ve been sending emails and follow-ups about my return, but no one bothers to reply. Their customer service is absolutely terrible — it feels like they completely ignore their customers once they’ve taken the money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
