Quite appalling experience. I wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before ordering. Product took ages to arrive. It was very poorly packaged. It looked nothing like the website pictures and was of very low quality. I later noticed a similar product on Amazon for two thirds of the price. Plus, of course, Amazon returns are quibble free. With these scammers you have to return to China - all costs at your expense. Of course, they'll claim not to have received it, so avoid this at all costs. They keep offering minor discounts - I wouldn't give them the satisfaction. The company appears to be Norwegian. When is the Norwegian government going to take action?

Hemskt upplevelse. Fick en jättefull jacka som inte bestämdes alls med bilderna. Hade fläckar på med. De skrev att jag behövde betala själv för att skicka den tillbaka till Kina! De läser inte mail och svarar automatik.

I would give these guys zero if I could. I bought a 'wool' grey jacket for about £40. When it arrived it was a cheap cotton jacket, not wool, nothing like it looked online.

I immediately contacted them and they said, even though their description was completely wrong, that either I had to pay to send it back or they could offer a 20% discount.

Presumably they do this all the time to take people's money.

I rejected this and they began to negotiate. Until 30 days later when they triumphantly told me it was past 30 days, out of their returns offer, and now I would get nothing.

Totally tone deaf, no interest in their 'customers'. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Scam.

I am another customer who has been scammed by this Norwegian company. I ordered a Medium Cotton Gilet. After a long wait it arrived from China, badly wrapped, terrible quality and much too small. The Company have given me an address in China to send my return to. They say postage would be at my own expense and warned me customs clearance and labelling are my responsibility. As an alternative they have offered a refund of 5% of my original purchases price. I accept none of this and I hope that their advertising will soon be blocked by our Trading Standards Authority.

My credit card company has accepted my case and I have been repaid by them

I have now reported By Castello’s nefarious ways to ‘Which Consumer Association’
044- (0)29 2267 000 and to Trading Standards 044- (0)808 223 1133. Both said they would investigate and hopefully take action.

Mycket bra upplevelse! Fina skor- inte så lång leveranstid och bra kontakt med kundtjänst då jag ville byta varan på grund av storlek. Inga problem alls .

Avoid this company at all cost. Cheap cheap cheap . Would not return my item .

Ett fruktansvärt företag som direkt ljuger när de på sin hemsida uppger att returadressen är till Nederländerna men uppger att man måste skicka till Kina. Helt obehjälpliga och lurar konsumenter!

Små storlekar och extremt dålig kundservice. Anmäler dem direkt till konsumentverket och ARN.

The jumper I received is completely different to the picture on the website (as well as being too small and poor quality). The customer services team are not addressing the issue of the wrong item being sent and insist I pay return postage in order to get a refund. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Ripoff, do not buy from this company.

Bycastello is a scam - they send terrible quality clothes and there is no way to return them they don’t respond to emails

Company sent a fake product (it was not leather as stated and smelt like fish), then refused to send a prepaid label to send the item back even though their website states that they will do so if an incorrect product is sent. After arguing and pointing out their contradictions for days, they agreed to send a label to us, which we did not receive. When chasing them to do as they promised, they waited until 30 days after the order to reply, to then say we will receive no compensation whatsoever because we are over the warranty.
I’ve never had such appalling service and I wish that everyone would know what a con they are before buying from them.

Complete scam. Ordered a jacket. It never arrived. Tracking stated it was 200 miles away from my house. When I contacted them they said I had refused delivery but it never came anywhere near me or my house. Reported to my bank for fraud hoping I get the money back. Total fraud

After returning items to which I know have credit which I would like to use.
The email Essex Courture sent me as is not correct, I've asked constantly for a correct one, they then send me the same one back. However I've sent further what's app messages which no one seems to understand that the email to claim my credit back is not correct, I've sent an email through Gmail, yet again no response. I believe this company has no intention of allowing customers to use their credit to which they are owed.

Do not buy from this website ,items arrived nothing like the ones on the website ,the standard is terrible and the sizes are all wrong ,even the colours are off ,tried to contact them about a return but was fobbed off ,payed decent money for clothes you could get off temu for a few quid ,disgrace that these places are allowed to scam people and nothing is done

This website is a complete disappointment. The clothes are low quality, with no recognizable brand names or sizing consistency. It feels like everything is generic and overpriced for what you get.
Customer service is just as bad—took over 5 days to even get a response, and when they did reply, it was full of excuses. I tried to get a refund for a clearly defective item, but they kept stalling and avoiding responsibility. Never got my money back.
Overall, a terrible shopping experience. Poor quality products, unresponsive support, and no accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this site.

The quality of the jumper is terrible and came up really small. When I contacted Castello to return it, they informed me that I would have to send it back, at my own cost, to China, which was going to cost over £20 or I could have 5% refunded, equating to £1.50!!! Terrible customer service. The jumper was meant to be a gift but I was too embarrassed to give it to them! Avoid this company!

the items are posted from China and are not 100% leather as claimed. Also the items will arrive damaged and you will have to pay for the return postage out of pocket to China. The company should be investigated and banned from trading in the UK. Received ripped goods and would not cover or send return postage. I can provide all the evidence to relevant authorities. Stay away from this company and don't waste your money.

Habe eine Baggyjeans bestellt. Gekommen ist eine dünne Stoffhose. Hat nichts mit der Hose auf den Bildern zu tun. Kundenservice war freundlich im Ton hat aber keinen Grund gesehen die Ware zurück zu nehmen.
Dürfte die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück nach CHINA versenden.
Das Paket wäre dann vermutlich teurer als die Hose und ob sie dann "ankommt" wage ich zu bezweifeln.
Achtung!!! Laut deren Geschäftsbedingungen sind Returen immer auf eigene Kosten und immer nach China.

Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!

Searched for a green denim shirt on Google and i liked the one from Bycastello. Took two weeks to be delivered. They probably ordered it from China and it wasn't denim, just a cheap shirt which i paid £29.95 for. Will never buy from them again but i blame Google for putting no good companies like Bycastello on their search engines.

Item took longer to arrive than expected - (China) sizing totally out on both items.
Customer service very slow to respond - then unable to return due to T&C's. Asked for a copy of said conditions - let's see if they supply them.
BUYERS BEWARE - wish I had seen these reviews first, not one person happy.

The sizing of the item is a bit out. I ordered a Medium size & it fits more like a Large. The quality of the material is okay but not great. Castello wouldn't accept returns for a full refund. They'd only reimburse 10% of the cost, so I had no option but to keep the item or sell it.
Not the best shopping experience.
