Wir hatten uns entschieden bei der schwedischen Firma Crea unseren neuen Barhocker zu bestellen. Am Anfang waren wir etwas skeptisch ob das alles so funktioniert. Wir wurden eines besseren belehrt.Von der Auftragserteilung bis hin zur Lieferung war die Kommunikation exzellent,,, sowas erlebt man selten.

Beställde först tygprover som kom omgående, beställde sen en fåtölj som också kom på bara ett par dagar! Hela tiden mycket trevligt och proffsigt bemötande av mina mail. Fåtöljen är vi väldigt nöjda med, kommer säkert köpa mer möbler av by Crea.

Excellent friendly customer service from start to finish, providing professional advice and responding quickly to any query, order update, delivery dates etc, cannot recommend 'by Crea' enough and its good to know that there are still some really good companies out there that value their customers.
As for the product, I ordered the Philip Bar Stools in the Marble acrylic fabric (special order) which are well made and of excellent quality and finally found bar stools that will not mark the wood flooring due to the added floor protectors.
The bar stools look perfect in my kitchen so much so I might have to place more orders on other items to complete the look I want.
Highly recommend and thank you to all the team at by Crea.
