We bought two of the Ebba barstools in dark oak. We absolutely love them, they’re great quality and were very securely packaged. The customer service we received to ensure delivery before Christmas was faultless.

I just received the Freja Barstools that I had custom made are STUNNING! If you think the photos of the stools are beautiful and sleek just wait until you see it in person. The real thing is much better than what the pictures show, the images just don't do it justice as to how absolutely beautiful they are. The quality of the chairs are super luxe & elite. You won’t find better stools than By Crea stools. The site is having a sale now so I highly recommend purchasing from them like right now! Crea, took the time to sensibly query my order to ensure I was buying the correct ( product, and, as it happened, steered me towards a better, cheaper,option!). Beyond impressed with every step of this process, and the delivery of top quality bar stools. I check for reviews before ordering. 5 star! Can they possibly meet the promise to deliver in 2-5 days? They did. The quality was beyond my expectations. The smooth edges, (beveled in places), nice padded seat, flawless, solid and comfortable. Tight small backrest. Fits so snug. I ordered the Karin chairs and they are the most beautifully crafted chairs. The kind of chairs that can be passed down to grandchildren. I had some issues with shipping and they provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. Nicole was always very responsive, professional, and kind- even when I wasn’t kind. It was so refreshing to work with an actual person (the same person) every time, and not have to deal with hours of waiting on the line for customer service representative. Fantastic company

I made my first purhase from Crea purchasing 4 Philip velvet stools, the order process was easy and the communication on shipping was perfect. The goods arrived from Sweden ready made and packed so well that every inch of the stools were protected and covered. This impressed me alot as many things in the UK are delivered damaged by lack of care for packaging.
We then went onto buy the Diana table in Dekton stone with six matching chairs. Now this was real test for packaging and the carrier service. Once again delivered by DHL with great communications of where the items were in transit and when to expect them.
This table got delivered by two men, it was made of a stone top and so heavy but they slowly took their time and delivered my table to my dining room. Once again packed to perfection and not a single mark in sight.
We were so impressed by Crea we started to make Crea our first place to look for furniture. We have managed to maintain the Swedish clean look with all different items from Crea, we now have the armchair, console, bench, and various side tables.
The quality of furniture is amazing and its so easy to keep clean and it all looks as good as new even though everything gets used well.
As mentioned earlier the care and detail that goes into the international shipping with the protection and packaging is outstanding. I would highly recomend Crea to everyone.

I purchased 4 of the Freja barstools and if I could give 6 stars I would. The communication with Larissa was excellent. They were shipped promptly, packaged securely and the barstools are AMAZING. They are sturdy, well made, the velvet is luxe and they look absolutely incredible in the apartment. Looking forward to my next purchase from byCrea soon!

We bought four Sella dining chairs and two Bruno bar chairs for our new kitchen extension. The furniture is both stylish and high quality construction and we were able to choose colours that match our kitchen units really well. Absolutely delighted to find furniture that does justice to the rest of our project at a price we could manage as the budget was getting stretched. Also, great communications from by-Crea at a time when not all our purchases were so straight forward. Excellent people to deal with and some great products. Next job is the garden and we will be looking to by-Crea for any outdoor furniture we need.

1. Kundservice- 5. Fick svar på varje mitt mejl. Otroligt trevligt och professionellt bemötande.
2. Leveranstider -4. Tog längre tid för varorna att komma pga hög belastning. En månad för tillverkning och leverans är ändå bra jobbat.
3. Varans skick och kvalité-5. Beställde två sängbord. Varorna kom välförpackade OCH redan hopskruvade 😃 tog mig 6 minuter och jag hade allt på plats hemma!
Kvalitet- topp. Allt material är av hög kvalité. Borden ser dyra ut, exklusiv design.
Sammantaget, är jag hur nöjd som helst! 😍
