When I ordered these stools, the listing said they would arrive in 10 days, but it actually took around 2 months to receive them. The company did reach out and offer to upgrade the shipping to air freight for an additional cost, which I understand given current global delays. I appreciate the effort to accommodate, but it did feel like I had to email multiple times to get updates—and it wasn’t until I left a review that the stools were finally delivered.

That said, once they arrived, I was genuinely impressed. They came fully assembled (which was amazing) and the quality is truly great. I’m very happy with the final product, just wish the communication and shipping experience had been smoother.

We received our two Philip Bar Stools. They are as nice or nicer than shown in the pictures online. They fit perfectly in our space not only form and function, but the color blends extremely well. Lastly, the quality is unbelievable, two of the best chairs we’ve ever owned or used. Thank you for being a solid artist!

Love love love my Thomas floor candle holders. Yes they are pricey but worth every penny and handcrafted luxury items cost money. Really responsive customer service when I had a query about my order. Would definitely shop with them again.

We've spend much time to decide for a pair of stools for our new kitchen island and finally we've found it at Crea. The configuration was extremely easy and so we placed the order of two stools. The service is really excellent, just next morning the customer service asked via email to confirm the size of the stools. I live in Munich, Germany, and I was very surprised to get within less then 6 days my stools from Sveden. The quality is really perfect, we are very happy and our kitchen is now a color dream. I placed an order from Crea after seeing their bar stools on a social media advert. I ordered 4 bar stools at 100cm in height, confirmation email received and a short time later, I received an email from Lisa, an employee of Crea who told me they had received the order but if I could double check the height was correct as the 100cm stools would be too tall for a standard island height. Lisa was correct, she amended the order and sent a new confirmation. Along with this I received another email from Alexandra giving me a full lead time and to contact if there is any issue. The stools arrived, well packaged and securely wrapped and they look absolutely fantastic!! The quality is top class, that good in-fact I ordered another 2. An absolute breath of fresh air ordering online with this company.

We ordered our stools during the holiday season so the lead time was a bit longer than expected but they were totally worth the wait!! Extremely well made and even more gorgeous in person. If you’re on the fence about it, just buy them! You won’t regret it.

I don't normally give reviews however from ordering to delivery everything was faultless. The product arrived extremely well packaged and looks absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality and totally recommend.

While renovating our home interior, we expanded the kitchen island to add seating. After considerable research, we decided the Philip Bar chairs by Crea would be the perfect complement to our updated kitchen. By Crea’s customer service was exceptional - from advising us on chair seat height and spacing considerations, to providing status updates on production and shipping, to adjusting the shipping timeline to marry up with our renovation schedule. The chairs were well packaged for shipping; they arrived in perfect condition. Importantly, the chairs are beautiful and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. We love, love, love them!

Ordered two bar stools there have been some delays with order. However, the customer service manager has been in contact and esclated my order which has now been dispatched.
I have ordered from Crea before items are of high standard.
