We recently purchased customised Freja bar stools from by Crea and could not be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, the process was seamless — we first ordered samples to see which materials would work best in our kitchen, and they arrived within just a few days. Once we made our decision, we placed our order and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the stools arrived, especially considering they were shipped from Sweden to Ireland.

The moment we unwrapped them, we knew we had made the right choice. The craftsmanship, design, and comfort are all outstanding, and the stools look perfect in our kitchen. Everyone who has visited our home has commented on how great they look.

What impressed us most, beyond the quality of the product itself, was how professional, efficient, and trustworthy by Crea proved to be. They truly made the whole experience a joy, and it’s rare to come across a company that “just does things right.”

We would not hesitate to order from by Crea again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautifully designed, high-quality furniture with outstanding service.

Don’t know where to start, I can’t recommend this company enough, especially the CEO Alexandra who accommodates you from beginning to end her customer service is excellent, everyone’s is can’t fault them at all.
The quality and craftsmanship is top of the range, I have ordered 3 times and I can’t fault anything each time, from beginning to end.

With just a slight hiccup in what I received in my order I cringed at the thought of dealing with customer service. WOW! I sure was wrong! The customer support with this company is top notch! They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Hands down the best support I've received from a company. Even after my issue was resolved they reached out to ensure I was happy.

Jag hade siktat in mig på de högre barstolarna och la en beställning. Kort därefter fick jag mail från Crea där de ville dubbelkolla att det var just de höga stolarna jag skulle ha. Efter några mail med bollande så ändrade jag till de lägre stolarna som de föreslog.

I felt so felt well taken care of even from afar. Jonna Hansson from By Crea noticed my order and emailed me to double check the height of the Freja barstools that I ordered. This was incredibly helpful as I had ordered the wrong size that would’ve been too tall for my kitchen island. Sent a thank you email to Jonna explaining that I’m an American Swede that wanted to feel closer to my family’s culture and she honored that in the email. Incredible customer service all around. Workmanship and design both very good. We are delighted with the stools in our kitchen. They were properly and expertly packed. We had a problem with a split delivery and the company was very responsive and stayed on it. It was quickly resolved.

We were looking for furniture made locally in Europe by people with an eye for craft, and we could not be more thrilled with our bench.

I bought the freja bar stools. When I had a questions about the product I received a quick and thorough response. They were shipped quickly and when I received them I was thrilled they were packaged well and required no assembly. The quality of the product is amazing and the bar stools are very comfortable.
