Beställde två barstolar på en lördag och fick personligt svar under helgen om att stolarna skulle monteras ihop direkt på måndagen, men att det var hög belastning så det kunde ta några dagar extra innan jag skulle få hem stolarna. På måndagen får jag besked att stolarna är klara och redo att skickas via DHL. På tisdag morgon kommer stolarna levererade till hemadressen. Helt makalös service där jag fick flera meddelanden om vad som skulle ske. Jag uppskattar verkligen den snabba servicen och kvaliteten på stolarna, men det som stack ut mest var den personliga kontakten via mail. Jag kände att de omhändertog mig som kund på ett speciellt sätt som jag inte upplevt någon annanstans när jag beställt varor online .

In the ordering and design process the team were very responsive. They answered all my questions about the various fabrics and sent out samples very efficiently. Once I ordered the made the bar stools quickly and most importantly they are gorgeous and I’m really happy with them.

Very happy with our purchase of counter stools! Received very quickly and they are absolutely stunning and exactly as advertised!! Would purchase more items from by Crea in a heartbeat!

The products are good quality and great looking. Customer service isn't good and caused an extra £120 charge due to custom duties that were not factored in while ordering, due to a network issue that defaulted the country to a different location than the UK. This couldn't be corrected, although noticed immediately and the charge had to be taken by myself in the end.

Found by Crea just through a simple online search and so glad I did! Bought the very first piece of furniture from here for my new apartment -- they were extremely communicative throughout the process and I'm so happy with it!
