Following up on my previous review — your response claiming our feedback was "fake" is both false and unprofessional. For the record, our order number was #40346, placed in May, for 10 units of part number 701.4.25, totaling $520.20. After weeks of being completely ignored — no response to calls or emails — we posted a review to express our concern. And only after that review was published, you chose to cancel our order without any communication or explanation. It’s also worth noting that you seem to respond to nearly every critical review by labeling it as "fake." That alone raises serious concerns about how you handle accountability.

These are ordinary scammers, choosing the delivery method one day you will receive your order at least in a week and it will be impossible to return it

This company is a fraud for sure. I ordered a part in May and they stated they shipped the part but the post office confirmed the part was never picked up. Then in July, this company claims they shipped the part and that I received it but the postal service verified that the package was never delivered. This company frauds about 30% of its customers don't let it be you buy elsewhere. Even though the post office verified the package was never delivered they refuse to refund the $800 part. I've contacted several different agencies to investigate and bring this fraudster down. If you've experienced the same contact the federal trade commission and the postal inspector. I purchased an expensive part. When I received it I installed it and it did not work. I was inside of 30 days from purchase. I informed them immediately. They then said they do not do returns for any reason in spite of their online policy. They also refused to exchange it.

This is not a fake review and if you look at all the reviews posted and their responses, you will get a good sense of their customer service.

They have a name and an order number. This site asks for name, email, and a reference number for use of the seller. I entered the information there, but I am using a different email for this review. I am curious what kind of sales system does not allow a search on last name.

This is what the entire process has been like. Anything you say, they have a curt half truth response. I cannot for the life of me understand why.

DO NOT USE this company!!! I ordered almost $800 worth of parts on 08/04/2025 almost 2 weeks later and still no parts! It tooke a week to get my tracking number. I have contacted there customer support multiple times and always get the same response. "I will check with the warehouse manager" or "The package has been dropped off at UPS they will update there tracking soon". I myself have contacted UPS with the tracking number they provided me multiple times and UPS states that a package has yet to be dropped off and that only the shipping label was created by the seller. This company lies and can never give you a straight answer. I have asked them to cancel my order multiple times and get the same line "let me check with the warehouse manager". It's funny how there return policy is 30 days from date of purchase to get a refund. It seems like they try to string you along for a month or so until they get past the 30 day mark and never give you back your money. They are straight up CON artists. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have a problem with order 46029. I purchased two parts, and only one arrived. I want a refund, but they're no longer responding. I've sent them numerous emails and haven't received a single reply.

Tried placing a couple of orders for parts, each time the order was cancelled without explanation. Not sure that this is a real business.

8/9/2025 response: Hardly a fake review, order 49434 placed 8/7/2025, cancelled without explanation. Thinking it was a fluke, tried again for different products, order 49577 on 8/8/2025. Again cancelled without explanation. All products were marked as being in-stock.

8/9/2025 2nd response: Sorry, not fraudulent orders ... legitimate business attempting to order parts to repair emergency vehicles. Maybe you need to rethink your fraud detection filter. It seems like you might be turning away a lot of legitimate orders.

Ordered a mirror on Friday at 7:26am with priority usps shipping. Parts never arrived. Have tried contacting the company and cannot get a response. Left voicemails because nobody answers the phone. Probably going to have to dispute the charges unless they contact me

Purchased a aftercooler housing for a cummins KTA19, we were told our order would ship monday(overnight shipping). Tuesday we were reassured it shipped. Today (Wednesday) they send us an email saying that they dont have the part and cant find it anywhere in the world.

Confirmed Jul 15. I have the emails they won't answer, screen shots and the credit card dispute to prove it all. Now comes the part where they deny we ever even placed an order they claimed to have in stock for next day shipping that they didn't. Let the lies begin.

So the fact that we had to do a chargeback with our bank to get a refund constitutes your pat response of coming up as fraud. How many times do you expect that excuse to work? You use it constantly from the looks of these reviews. Interesting how we were not only charged but refunded and I have it all documented. This guy simply can't tell the truth and is also very rude. RUN AWAY!!!!

These are def the real deal parts without dealer pricing. Can tell from packaging and quality. Trucks run just as good as when I paid double at the dealership.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. cancelled my order twice tried to email their support email from several emails with no response. Tried to use their live chat feature also does not work tells you to use their email that they do not reply to. I tried to call their phone number and got no answer, left voice mail with no return call. I see that their response here is never their fault, always the customer’s fault. We are a fleet service for multiple truck companies and purchase a lot of truck parts and were trying to give them some business, but obviously they are not interested in any kind of customer service. Purchased from them 3 other times, twice order was processed and shipped quickly did not have to contact them. On another sale, the parts were ordered wrong on our part, but returning was a total nightmare. Kept saying the order was never returned, had to contact the company they had me ship back to. Had to get them to verify the item was returned to them. Finally, I did get my refund. If you don’t have the item in stock to sell, just don’t ghost someone and just cancel their order. every order to you was paid for there was no fraud tell me one order I got was not paid for.please ban me don't what to do business like yours, anyway.did not have any problems getting the part from someone else. don't say there was fraud on my part that is a lie.

Hands down this is the worst company I have ever delt with, possibly worst company the UnitedStates. I placed 2 orders with them. 1st order #41476 on 5/16/25 for $2,511 dollars for a complete jost 5th wheel plate. After 11 days I still never received any info or shipping info on my order. I tried to call numerous of times, left a voicemail, tried the online chat, NO ONE answered or returned phone calls. I finally emailed them, and the said that the order was on expedited back order. They never contacted me to inform me of this backorder. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. They canceled the order, but it took almost 2 weeks to get a refund, and only after telling them I was going to report them to my credit card as fraud.

Was also placed on 5/16/25 for $1,044 dollars for multiple Air conditioner lines and power steering resivore. It took forever to receive the package. Upon receiving I opened it up and it was missing 1 a.c line part #A22-62810-000 for $151 dollars.
Once again I tried calling them and no one answered. Resorted back to emailing, the said were sorry that we forgot it, it will be shipped out today. Later that day I received an email with tracking info. After 10 days I still have not received it. I again emailed, and they said that they canceled the order. I asked why and that I need that part ASAP? There was no response. I eventually got a refund for that part after 10 days.
Final issue.
In that same order with all the air conditioner parts, they sent me an air brake chamber line instead of an Air conditioner line. I emailed them pictures and part numbers. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We have sent out the new correct part along with a return label for the incorrect part.
I shipped the wrong part back, and after about 14-16 days, I still never received the correct part. I emailed and they said thr order has been canceled. Why? I have no idea they wouldn't respond to my emails any more.
It took almost 10 days of emailing back and forth to get my final refund for the incorrect part.
Honestly, their company and customer service is rude, unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful. I have a pretty big presence in the trucking industry, and I will do everything I can to inform everyone how terrible of a company Buypartsonline is.

Buypartsonline if you want to try and discredit the review and say that it's fake, and you guys did everything correctly, I will post every single email, proving that everything that I have said is true and factual.

You guys literally just proved that everything that I said was correct. There is absolutely zero reason that over 20 emails needed to be exchanged to come to a resolution on all of these issues that you caused! And your response of "you are permanently banned" goes to show the poor customer service that you guys have!

You claim we did not request to return until after the 30 day mark but we have screenshots of our emails and return status showing we returned before the 30 day mark.
April 26th we placed our order
May 16th it was delivered
May 19th we started our return and you wrote it was approved
May 27 return completed
Jun 4th you cancelled our return and never refunded
On your emails you wrote the return window closes on June 15th.
You lie about saying we waited until after the 30 day mark just so you can keep our money. Terrible company and terrible service.

We followed all your policies. On the 27th day we started making a return and you sent us an email that we should wait until you send permission from you. Unfortunately, liars have no chance of proving anything. It's a pity that feedback does not allow you to send all the screenshots of your emails and how everything developed. You sent us an email that the money had already been returned to our card, and at the same time you were delaying our permission to return.

I made an order. They did not notice me that they do not have the complete ordered quantity in stock. They just send me a partial quantity, but till now they did not deliver the remaining quantity or refund me. This was months ago and I am asking for a refund. But they do not refund or answer my emails.

Your support team did not advise anything. The last reply was months ago. They asked for photos. I sent them the photos. Then they ignored all my emails. I made an order of 400 pcs and I only received one package with 92 pcs. If you sent 400 pcs then it should have been more then 1 package. But the shipping label says it had been only 1 package. So you only shipped one package with 92 pcs instead of 400 pcs. The weight of the package was 1lbs. It is impossible that 400 pcs weigh just 1 lbs. So it is clear that you shipped 92 pcs instead of 400 pcs and you have to refund the undelivered 308 pcs.If you obviously deceive customers, you shouldn't be surprised about bad reviews. I expect a refund immediately.

They never send me an email with instructions to return the part. When I emailed them, I was told I was emailing the wrong person. I went back to the email where my return was approved and emailed them. It was literally the same email. Now, I have to go out of my way to pay for shipping and pay for "insurance."
I waited for a week for an email and I never received one until I emailed them.

Don't waste your time and money buying from this business. Customer service is not professionally. This business is a joke. Its not a fake review.
