After seeing TikTok posts from others, I checked my account and found an unauthorized $49 charge, until then, I was unaware of this extra transaction. The product didn't work as advertised, and I feel I was misled. I would not recommend.

Great product

The straightener brush is my go to attachment. My hair gets so smooth and glossy without looking flat or lifeless.

The cool shot button sets my curls really nicely. Such a useful feature that I use every single time.

I’d genuinely like to give negative 5 stars. This company is just trying to trick people into getting ripped off. Avoid them at any cost! Still haven’t spoken to anyone. Just random reply emails saying with very little info and no contact phone even though asked MANY times

I have quite fine hair and the lift I get from the volumizer brush is genuinely impressive. My hair looks so full.

I took this on holiday and it was a lifesaver. One tool instead of packing my whole styling kit.

Love it or your money bacI bought the 5-in-1 styler specifically because of Bondi Babes' "love it or your money back" guarantee. That's the whole reason I took a chance on it - the guarantee framed it as low-risk: try it, and if it doesn't work for you, get a refund.

What isn't made clear at the point of purchase is that the guarantee doesn't actually cover a used product. The fine print in the returns policy states the item can't be returned once it's been used. But the entire premise of "love it or your money back" only makes sense if you've used the product - that's the only way to know whether you love it. You can't judge a hair styler by looking at the box.

So in practice, the guarantee is close to meaningless. It sounds like a safety net, but the moment you do the one thing the guarantee is inviting you to do - try the product to see if you love it - you disqualify yourself from the "your money back" part.

I feel misled. Had the guarantee been advertised as "if the product is faulty" or "unopened returns only," I'd have gone in with the right expectations. Instead, I was sold on a promise that isn't backed by the actual policy.

I'd urge Bondi Babes to either honor the spirit of their own guarantee or stop advertising it in a way that implies otherwise. And I'd urge other buyers to read the fine print in the returns policy before trusting the headline guarantee.k" is not what it sounds like

As someone with very thick hair this is great drys so fast compared to other brands came in great packaging the case as well as the sea salt spray is fantastic but it does feel cheap, I wouldn’t pay $300 plus on this product I got it on the 99$ sale, and since I have purchased this product every day or every few days they try and take $50 out of my bank I have emailed and still no good outcome I will be cancelling my card

An outstanding all in one hair stylet! Came with recommendations from my hairdresser! Purchased as a present for my daughter, i now desperately want one for myself!

It has been three months and still waiting for refund of 501.00. No amount of correspondence to them has resulted in any form of acknowledgement that they took
this money out illegally. Of to Consumer Affairs.

As many others here have reported, this company advertises a 5-in-1 set at a certain price, then charges your payment method for a secondary order for additional attachments. They hide information about this on their website so they can claim you agreed to it at order, but it is absolute scam behavior. Do not purchase from this dreadful business. If you have been the victim of the same fraudulent practices I'd encourage you to report them to the e-commerce payment platform hosting their scam operation, along with consumer rights organisations and your own financial institution.

I received mine ,but I had to pay extra for the 2 barrel curls. $49.95.
Which is wrong .
On the box it says 5-1 attachments , but if you read side of the box it says 4 attachments .plus the base
So how many people do they rip off.
They took extra money from me without permission.
Looks like few of the reviewers say the same.

Don't waste your money.

The product didn't work as advertised, and the "Love it or your money back" guarantee is very misleading.

I bought it because I felt confident knowing there was a money-back guarantee if it didn't work for me. After trying it, I found it didn't perform as advertised, so I contacted them to return it. I was then told I couldn't get a refund because I'd used it.

How are you supposed to know if you "love it" without actually using it?

To top it off, they only offered me a 10% refund. Really disappointing experience, and I definitely wouldn't buy from them again.

Like so many others, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I am shocked by what I feel is deceptive advertising and the second unauthorised (in my opinion) debit on my card. I contacted Bondi Babes immediately but I just get standard responses. I will try to pursue a refund and I too will be contacting the ACCC. Thank you to all the people who have commented here. Hopefully we prevent any further people being affected.

Ordered my first Bondibabes and was so happy with it, I ordered two more! One for a birthday gift & the other for a Christmas gift.

Don't waste your money. Sub par product and unclear money back guarantee policy. Their guarantee states love it or your money back. But then I tried it, didn't love it, wanted to return it and they advised I couldn't return it because it had been used. I find this very deceptive. Especially because I purchased it because of the money back guarantee. They offered me 10% refund. Don't waste your money.

This company is a scam. Last xmas it was called Sorose instead of Bondi babe's. Exactly the same. I purchased it for the same price and within 3 months it stopped working completely. I emailed them 10+ times with most of them coming back as mail delivery failure. When I saw this one I knew it was the same. Now that I have read the reviews I am confident they are the same. I don't know if all the reviews on facebook are fake or not but I couldn't noy say anything. DO NOT PURCHASE you will regret it.

The product works and it is great for the price - would have given 5 stars if it was clearer that there is an extra charge for the curling barrels. As for many, it was a surprise and I almost blocked my card thinking it was an unauthorized payment but found the fine print when I searched for it again on the website.

Very misleading and deceptive. I was charged an additional 49.90 for "curlers" after purchasing the 5 in 1 (which the curlers were meant to be included in) After emailing the company that I hadnt made the purchase I was told they couldn't refund it, and I would need to wait until it arrived then send it back for a refund. They never arrived and I emailed to let them know only to be told they were part of the package but "charged separately". I never agreed to this, it wasnt on my checkout, and they showed me it was written in a hidden drop down menu under the heading "Why Bondi babes Multi Styler". In very small writing, somewhere no reasonable person would look for an additional charge. They refused to refund it. I was also signed up to a subscription without my knowledge, and I asked them to cancel it 3 times before they finally put in writing that no further payments would be taken. My bank put a block on any further transactions from them. Do not buy from this company! Screams scam
