This company is fraudulent and falsely advertises/surcharges you despite their advert and website! I paid $99.95 for the ‘5 in one’ deal, only to be charged another $49.95 for the barrels which were supposed to be included!

No response to my cancellation email BUT plenty of additional promotional emails even though I never signed up to have them email me.

On top of all that, it’s small, cheap, and I dare say even budget Chinese dupes from Amazon would work better than this. It’s worse than those plastic bust barbie kids toys where you can style its hair.

Do NOT under any circumstances work with this brand or buy from it. They also blocked my instagram afterward even though I hadn’t ever contacted them on instagram, so, that tells me all I need to know.

Considering the reviews and inconsistencies on the surcharges! I’d definitely recommend a class action lawsuit!! They don’t even respond and make the refund/return system HELLISH and impossible.

Save yourself and avoid at all costs! Lesson learned.

They claim their 5 in 1 is actually only 3 attachments & (in a long way to find it on their website, not via mobile link) state 2 additional 2 barrels are an additional cost.
CAV advised their ABN has been cancelled in 2024 & they are recently deregistered under ASIC!!!
Complete scammers.

First of all, the packaging doesn't look quite right.
Secondly, the actual products look to be of good quality and I like the attachments that came with the offer.
My hair is thin, so it dries pretty quickly using the product. I didn't get much curl out of the stylish product. Would I pay $100 again for it? No.
The promotional videos are quite misleading.

Sucked in by the online deal for "$109" then charged an additional "49.95" for attachments. I have contacted them but no response. Have also disputed it with my bank..

Over charged (price was misleading a second undisclosed amount was charged to cwt without permission) and when went to return customer service avoided emails weekly to let the return window close. No automatic return request available, has to be approved. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service! Plus isn’t made in Sydney as promoted.

Easy to buy from and lots of feedback about delivery. Mind you delivery was a lot longer than I expected

The heat is really even and it never snags or pulls on my hair. That was a big worry for me and it's been brilliant.

One would assume the 5 in 1 includes all attachment shown in picture. Apparently not. It includes 3. The other 2 you pay an extra $49 for?! Don't be fooled. Also told me to expect delayed shipping 3 days after ordering, after saying I had Express next day shipping.

The product does not match the description; it is not five-in-one. The curling barrels are sold separately and are not included in the price.They just invoice you after you have paid for them. The unit is much louder than expected, and the curling barrel does not work on my hair even when using spray as recommended. It is bulky, making it unsuitable for travel. I would not purchase it at full price. Although it states they are an Australian company, I have received no communication regarding the additional charge after multiple emails. I honestly would not recommend this to anyone.

Lightweight and easy(ish) to use. The actual barrel of the main unit is quick thick making it a bit awkward to hold. And the bristles on my straightener attachment have bent after only one use

My blowouts look completely professional now. My friends keep asking if I've been to the hairdresser.

The straightener brush is surprisingly effective. Gets my hair smooth and straight really quickly without any damage.

Does everything I need in one tool. My bathroom is finally clutter-free and my routine is so much faster.

They are scammers! Be very aware they will charge you without notice as an additional shopping cart purchase for the barrels! Let me make this fully transparent! They will charge you an additional $ 49.95 order fee without your permission or knowledge and when questioned they say it is in their product description of what is included in your purchase! Nope! Let’s see if you are able to find anywhere in there what is the included description that you have to pay any additional $49.95 for the barrels? I asked for a refund once this additional transaction came through and Bondi babes basically just replied sorry but not sorry for scamming you! So to the younger girls out there be very careful!

I haven’t received my order as I just placed it yesterday but I’m all ready disappointed as then company keeps trying to take out $49.95 from my account when I paid what I needed to already. Thankfully I don’t keep much money in this account. And I have emailed them and also messaged them on instagram still no response.

My hair gets loads of volume without any frizz. Really happy I decided to give this a go.
