they sent only 2 of four items that I have purchased. i contacted support with questions about that, and i was after few exchanged messages told "to keep my threats to myself and that packages were delivered". but delivered half empty.
i bought from them one time in past it went smooth. this second order was absolutely huge mistake.
will have to try chasing back my money through paypal.

UPDATE TO COMPANY'S RESPONSE:
The package was not dropped off until 3/4, as per USPS. What this company cannot control with shipping would be for example, inclimate weather. I order online all the time and when I pay a 2 day shipping rate, I get 2 day service. Don't offer customers a shipping time frame that you cannot honor. Clearly a pattern of this. When you have hundreds of similar bad reviews, YOU are the problem. After speaking with USPS, the label was created the same day they received the package, 3/4. I have physical proof of this. So USPS and their proof is lying? Yeah, okay. BBB, here we come.

I ordered a part on 02-25-2026 and paid for the 2-day shipping. When I reached out a week after placing the order, they said it has been shipped and is on the way. According to the tracking via the USPS website, the product wasn't even given to USPS until 03-04-2026. I followed up with the customer service email and requested a refund for the 2-day shipping fee that was not honored. I was initially ignored but eventually was told, "we aren't the shipping company and can't control shipping company performance. Refer to our terms and policies." This has nothing to do with the fact that they waited a week to even ship it out. Once the product was in the hands of the USPS, no issues. I am still expecting a shipping refund and will not be giving up, just as I will never order from there again. I wish I would have paid attention to the overwhelming amount of bad reviews, as I could have avoided this altogether.

Wow, I wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered parts of them had a customer broken down from out of town we needed a fan overnighted. We paid for the overnight shipping. It took several days to get here. Their emails were extremely rude and unsympathetic to say the least! Buyer beware.

This company is awful! They sell parts that they do not have, even though they are listed as in stock or available. We paid $180.00 for overnight shipping only to receive it 7 days later. This caused us great expense to find another part in time to complete the work and meet the deadline. Never provided tracking information or shipping confirmation. No customer service, only rude people hiding behind an email address. Left multiple messages for a call back and tried at all hours of the day to reach them by phone without success. Bottom line is that could have been avoided if they had shipped by UPS next day air that we paid for $180, instead the used UPS ground which is clearly indicated on the shipping label. A very dishonest practice in my opinion. Please read the reviews and their replies, nothing but excuses and the obligatory "REFER TO OUR TERMS AND POLICIES" bs. Hands down the worst company I've ever ordered parts from.

When you file dispute with credit card seller says that you never returned anything or returned damaged goods. Honestly go and buy elsewhere!!!!

We bought a wire harness $3,880. After a few weeks of not receiving our harness, we contacted customer service. They said the part is not available anywhere and CANCELLED our order. We have never received a refund. After many inquiries they were looking into our refund and we were high priority. Now they will not respond.
I have emails till they quit responding.
Update: buyparts didn't refund us our money and stopped responding so we had to fill a fraud claim with our credit card company.

these people are the worst. I placed 3 orders over two days. All 3 orders were either wrong parts or short on the qty. I paid over $1400 and received less than $200 of the parts I ordered. They never answer the phone or call back, only do email. I spent a week and half trying to get resolution and they ended up telling me to find the parts elsewhere. complete trash

We bought a truck transmission for $18,000 from buyparts.online (including a $6000 core refund), they never provided tracking info. 10 days later, after multiple inquiries, they informed us that they don't have the part in stock, and that they will issue a refund. 90 days later, the refund never showed up, at which point we reported the transaction to our bank and they reversed the payment. This website is a total scam and should be reported and shut down.

Absolute joke of a "group" if there's even multiple people involved. Crap shipping(brainiac didn't bother to take the previous shipping label of the box they packaged our stuff in, so it went to Ohio before they figured out it needed to go to TX), box not taped properly to keep gaskets from sliding out the bottom of the box, and no customer support. Randomly zero's out the order after we've paid for and are waiting on it.

Ordered Alcoa wheel covers with website saying in stock! Emailed about shipping number and within hours got a response saying order cancelled and refunded. Days later still no refund. Buyer beware!

I purchased a part . Solely because there website said order within a couple of hrs with the ticking clock and guarantee to receive your part by Friday when you purchase 2nd day air shipping. Paid an extra 35.00 and part didn’t even get a shipping label created for 6 days later and then another day waiting for part to be shipped. Insane . Tryed to message call text multiple times with no response asking for atleast a refund on the shipping but nothing. If you need a part to get up and running i suggest shopping somewhere else. Shipping company is on time . The problem is the warehouse didn’t even create a shipping label for 6 days

if this Co. is legit than they have my phone and e-mail address to respond to,and maybe explain what happened with the delivery,and straighten out any confusion

I like others ordered a radio for our truck. They sent an entirely different radio. I have tried several times to contact them only get voicemail, won’t respond to emails until I reported to BBB then got email saying they referred to their legal team for fraudulent report. Filed a complaint with PayPal Still waiting on that. Put a note on their Facebook page to beware. The response is incorrect! I did contact them by email was sent email stating someone would get back with me with return information and did not hear anything more they should check emails they send out before they call someone a liar.
