I’ve been working with James from built by the board twin for the past 4 months and have seen a significant improvement in my overall fitness level. When I started working with my coach, my goal was to lose weight and contain muscle
My coach’s knowledge of fitness and ability to tailor workouts to my specific needs has been incredibly helpful. They have also been great at motivating me and keeping me accountable. One of the things I appreciate most about my coach is he ability to explain the rationale behind each exercise and how it’s contributing to my overall progress.
Overall, I would highly recommend built by the board twins to anyone looking to improve their fitness level. They’re knowledgeable, motivating.

Life changing experience
My experience has been great due to the complete honesty, advice, knowledge and pure professionalism that built by board twins offers. Also just the fact that James is a top bloke that has changed my life for the better. Never did I think I would get to where I am today both mentally and physically and through this experience he has literally changed my life. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to change their life for the better.

Been with the guys for 2 years now and…
Been with the guys for 2 years now and couldn’t recommend it any more. Such an easy experience, they control every variable and leave you with stress free training. You have pretty much 24hr communication with them and they make changes as you go so you’re never left worrying!
100% do it if you’re thinking about it.
