You know when your dealing with people who have integrity and who want customers to have a positive experience.
I would use and recommend this company again just because the customer service is how it should be if not better.
I didn't wait long to receive my order, a minor issue with a product was quickly resolved (despite me not being able to answer calls) and Bobby got it sorted whilst also showing consideration.
The bit extra effort makes a massive difference in this busy world we live in

At the moment, but they seem to be good quality and value for cost, and arrived in perfect condition!
One tool is a small gift for a friend of mine to try
Happy 1st time customer here and I expect to use Build Greener ltd again in the near future

Top notch service and customer serviceN
Had a great experience with these, I went to order some items and raised a query. Bobby who I was speaking too was fantastic. He answered my question and also questioned my basket as I was ordering and item that was part of another.
I also had an issue where a change in insulation thickness was decided after my order. Again I spoke to Bobby and expressed my situation. He helped in arranging me to return the items back and I had a full refund.
He also allowed me to arrange my own delivery date due to working shifts, which was very helpful!
Definitely would purchase from here again!

Smashing products. I’ve ordered some of their OB1 caulk and silicone for a quick renovation finishes. Stuff is extremely good. Delivery was fairly quick too. Overall great
