Terrible customer service
Build Greener made a dispatch error & mixed up my order with someone else's. I understand that mistakes happen, but the resolution was terrible. Build Greener put the burden on their customers by asking us to post the items to each other to fix the issue. They then sent the wrong dispatch labels & shrugged off the time, effort and inconvenience their mistake was costing both parties. Nevermind the fact that our projects were compromised due to the delivery delays. All avoidable and should have been handled so much better. I will never use again and do NOT recommend this company.

My order was placed nearly 2 weeks ago and still didnt received it. Was say that will receive it max 3 working days. Would be important for me for my job. If I know that I order from somewhere else is that simple. Anyway thanks.

Good site good quality material and good ordering

The product did not arrive
The product did not arrive. Tracking shows returned to sender, no attempted delivery. I have emailed twice to ask what is happening with my order. No response as yet after at least a week.
