Great service will use again.

Ordered a soakaway kit and was impressed with service and communication.
After ordering I looked at reviews, which was dumb of me.
From reading the reviews I thought I made a big mistake.
I emailed them for an update on delivery and was met with an immediate response giving me an expected timeline of about a week for delivery, due to some stock challenges. Items then arrived within the week and were just as expected.
From my experience, great communication and product. There was no issues with my experience.

I searched on line for crate systems and found Sky plastics, sent an email as it was late at night and got a reply the very next day via telephone following up, this was great as I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. Ryan went away and provided me a quote via email within a few hours, order placed, delivery arranged and on delivery day goods were with me by 11am. From start to finish perfect service, highly recommended

It's a rare event that I do a review as I find customer service more often or not lip service rather than reality.

A pro-active phone call, understanding the customer's position, making a commitment and then following through to deliver on that commitment seems such an simple approach that achieves100% customer satisfaction questions why most retailers find it so difficult.

No doubt Sky Plastics walk the talk. With leadership from Ryan, which is central to achieving this, and having spoken to a few of the team their openness, approach, and positive attitude is clearly focused on satisfying customers.

After my first transaction with them I never doubted they would do what they promised.... 5 star and exceptional is how I'd rate the Sky Plastics team.

Excellent service from a girl called Molly, kept me updated on everything.
Super fast delivery, really good pipes and fittings at a good price. Highly recommend.

A salesman who was going to supply flooring for my sun lounge advised me to buy an internal manhole cover to replace an old metal cover which I ordered through Sky Plastics.
Unfortunately, it was the wrong advice and totally unsuitable, so I told the staff at Sky plastics who were very understanding, and I was able to return the item in person and a full refund has been authorised.

I would avoid this company completely. I've been waiting on a refund of nearly £200 for almost 4 weeks now.
I placed an order on 16th March, when it was evident the product wasn't going to arrive on time I cancelled the order on 19th March, a refund was confirmed by email on 19th March. Chased up on 27th March when I was told it was a 5-10 working day refund.
No reply to my last email.
I haven't even received a product for them and they are holding my money. They are either deliberately scamming people, disorganised or in financial trouble.

We are absolutely ecstatic with their service and the products provided. We are so happy we found such a good company that’s great on both prices and services.

Great service from Sky Plastics. We are in NI and their couriers don’t deliver to us from UK but Ryan went out of his way to help. We were able to arrange a courier to collect and deliver and Ryan kindly provided all the info we needed to make arrangements and sorted the labelling etc.. out. We will definitely use Sky Plastics again.

I finally got a refund after 3 weeks of chasing.
I had to return some of the items as they were not compatible. I returned them personally nearly 3 weeks ago and waited 3 weeks for my refund.
I was going to put another order in for my next project but I don’t think I will bother.

Sometimes things don’t go to plan in life, but when someone goes out of there way to listen and go the extra mile when things don’t it’s a quality… sky plastics had an issue beyond there control with suppliers & Martine listened replied and sorted it & credit to her…. For that reason I would highly recommend sky plastics and will definitely continue trading with them.

Terrible experience. After nearly seven weeks, no items delivered, no answer to emails and no answer to phone calls. I now just want my order cancelled and monies paid refunded but Sky plastics won't respond to any form off communication.

Much like all the other reviews. They were extremely slow.
They offer parts very cheap compared to others but it took me 1 month to get my parts.
Wrong parts kept getting sent and took forever to sort out and other parts couldn’t be sourced. In the end it took an additional month to get the refund for the parts they couldn’t get.
Staff are very friendly and no issues dealing with them.

Have used Sky for a number of high volume orders and the service has always been excellent. Good communication from the team and prompt deliveries.
