I ordered things for two different people, and both put the word "Wow!" in their text response when it was delivered.

First time ordering, very impressed with the range of products and pleased I was able to purchase what I needed for Christmas. I would like to see more products from M&S.
Delivery was very good and arrived when promised

Delivery fee’s, great. Timing, pretty good.
Missing an item and credited, bad.
I should have been refunded instead of being “forced” to purchase again to get my money back.

The only place that I could find an old favourite ( jamaican ginger cake) which is no longer available in Ireland. It was pricey but delivery flawless and the childhood memories came flooding back.

The quality of the products I ordered were beautiful and affordable. Would buy again.

The delivery did not arrive to me . I contacted them but with no success to get the product nor the money back

Received only half my order. After numerous emails with no response I was eventually told missing items would be shipped…a week later I’m still waiting on update. Order placed November 30th..now Dec 17th..no resolution. Zero confidence in this company. Customer service through email only is horrible. No other way to contact. Do NOT buy from this company.

I placed an order on 11.12 for €178, advertised as “fast shipping.” It’s now been weeks and I have heard absolutely nothing from this shop. No updates, no tracking, nothing.

I am extremely worried that my money is gone. This is terrible service and completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this shop at all.

I am changing my rating to 3 stars. The products were shipped in 5 packages; 4 of them have arrived by now. Unfortunately, most of them arrived only after Christmas and only after repeated follow-ups. In addition, one package was open and the contents were damaged. I will definitely not order again—3 weeks shipping time from England is too long. Now I have Christmas cookies at home that I would have liked to give as gifts.

I don’t have a problem with your delivery or your Customer Service but what I have a problem is when I order something and then I get an email saying that five or six of the items I have ordered are out of stock. I wonder if you could somehow do your website so that when you get low on something or when you are out of something you can say on the website. Because a couple of times I’ve ordered and I’ve been disappointed with the things I couldn’t have. Apart from that, I think you’re lovely!

Have alot of stuff, not always cheaper then other stores we have in Sweden that sells british stuff. Delivery was so so, took 2weeks and only sent it after I asked what had happend.
We got hit with the importtaxes even if they say they deal with them. Took them 3weeks to answer and refund me for the taxes.
So just prepare to pay that and contact them for a refund of that.

With all, have alot of fun british food but also be prepared its not as smooth at they say. And get refund on the importtax.

Producten bevallen goed alleen zou liever een langere houdbaarheid datum hebben gezien maar misschien is dat normaal in Engeland. Voor mij is het een nadeel dat ik inklaringskosten via de douane moet betalen wat bestellen bij jullie duur maakt maar daar kunnen jullie niets aan doen. Vind het wel jammer. Verder alles top.

Scam, fraud and thief!
Ordered an $70 item and still not arrived after weeks. No reply from their Customer service email and phone number! Not happy! AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE!

The delivery is usually quick and the products are wonderful. I read about biscuits or other foods in British mysteries or crime procedurals and then I order them! So fun!

First time I’ve used them but won’t be the last! Very well packaged. A little bit slower than the other company I use but great selection of items and I’ll definitely be ordering again!
