What a GREAT experience!
Everything I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was a Christmas gift to myself, and it was wonderful that it arrived when promised. I will definitely buy from British Essentials again!

Good variety of options
I love the ability to get these products delivered. They have a pretty good variety of products. Things I order are not always shipped and those are refunded as store credit rather than a cash refund.

unreliable shop
I specifically requested that the package be sent when all products were available, but unfortunately there is one item missing (the one I was the most excited to try) and other items are not matching my order either.
I reported the problem but... they just ignored my request. I’m so so sad. :(
