Very disappointed in the stained glass, sewing machine I received today that I bought for my daughter-in-law. It looks nothing like the picture the blue on it distracts totally way from the item.

My order (personalized beer for my grandaughters preschool graduation) was apparently delivered but NEVER received.
U would think with insurance and an agency like USPS there would be some recourse. But NOT
USPS has closed my claim without reimbursement
However u would think this company would just fight it themselves and make another personalized gift
Instead they had me trying other avenues and NOW will it respond to my request for a replacement
Lesson learned. I will now be sure to stick w Amazon
