Poor Quality
I ordered a plague for a classroom gift; when it arrived it had a drill hole in a very visible location. I have requested to return it with no safisfaction. The packaging was poorly done and I will not order anything from them again. A $45 lesson has been learned.!!

Poor quality, worse customer service
The product I received was poorly made and did not match the photos online. When I contacted Customer Service they did not offer to replace it but offered me a final discount on the price. That would in no way provide me with the personalized gift I had ordered. I would never order anything from this company again.

Beautiful personalized wine glass for my wife, given as a gift. Really looks great. However, NOT dishwasher safe and hot liquids will apparently destroy it too, although as a wine glass that shouldn’t be a major problem. Probably should make one aware the glass is not dishwasher safe in the ads. She does love the glass, though, so giving it a 5 star review.

When I received your product
When I received your product, I noted that it looked like a cheap piece of plastic with a cheap decal attached to it and should not have cost anywhere close to what I ended up paying for it. Not happy with this purchase at all and will end up sending it back for a refund.

The book basket is just as advertised, although surprisingly very easily folded into very small package. When folded out, it is large and holds many books!
