wine glass was a pretty gift

Although it seemed it took a little longer than expected the delivery ended up being fine to get to my daughter who just came back from vacation. The wine glass was a gift which my daughter said it was very pretty and was pleased with the glass.

I could not believe how cheap the product actually was. I got $.25 worth of plastic. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. your representations in your advertising are a far cry from the real thing. Total deception. I feel like I got taken.

the item I received was not what was…

the item I received was not what was pictured in the sales ad. Same general idea, but not the same item at all. I received a cheap, pale, washed out acrylic suncatcher of an old sewing machine - not the same item or image as the vibrant image that my husband made the purchase from. We won’t purchase from bookswares again. $30 for a dollar tree suncatcher was a real scam. Don’t be conned like my sweet husband was.

These people are horrible

These people are horrible. Bought 2 items. Received 2 of the same, 1 was correct. Double billed. Emailed because lord for bid you get to actually talk to a real person, problem hasn't been resolved as of yet and I'm not holding my breath. Will not ever buy from them again. Horrible experience!!!

Pictures were quite deceptive

Pictures were quite deceptive. Thought I was buying a 3 dimensional ornament not a thin acrylic picture. Disappointed I didn’t read closer!

Stained glass sewing machine

I thought from the Facebook ad that this would be a beautiful piece that would look great in my friend’s sewing room window. I had no idea it would look so cheap. Very disappointed.
